LOVE, LOVE, LOVEEEE this childcare centre.<br><br>When I started looking at centres south of the river, I honestly found most centre outdated and depressing. There’s already enough mum guilt that comes with leaving your children in care, so I really wanted to find a centre that felt warm, welcoming and somewhere I could trust my kids would be happy.<br><br>The moment I toured Vale Village, I knew it was different. There was such a lovely sense of warmth and life throughout the centre. Every staff member is kind, caring and genuinely invested in the children, and the facility itself is vibrant, engaging and so much fun.<br><br>My children absolutely love attending, and I have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such great hands. I would recommend this centre to anyone and would happily continue making the drive here, even if we didn’t live locally.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Vale Village team for everything you do❤️

Could not be happier with the level of care provided at Vale Village Childcare! The educators are so kind, attentive and genuinely care for the kids. After feeling nervous returning to work and putting my two kids into care, the team made the transition incredibly reassuring and easy. We’ve been happy with Vale Village since day one! My little one truly enjoys going there, and the bond he has with his educators is just lovely. The centre is brand new, very comfortable, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The admin staff are also fantastic – they always keep us updated with any news. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with Vale Village! When we decided to explore child care options that suit our lifestyle and needs, we found many child care centres around our area and went to multiple centre tours but Vale Village is the only one that stands out and made us come back to her. The environment is warm, nurturing, modernised building, and thoughtfully designed to make every child feel safe, loved, and inspired. The staff are truly exceptional—caring, attentive, and passionate about early childhood development. They take the time to understand each child’s unique personality and needs, and they go above and beyond to ensure every little one feels confident, curious, and supported. Even though not every educators are Mother, but the way they all treat our daughter and other children are just above and beyond. We as a parent, when we think about child care, thats what we look for, a place where our children feel like home, people they spend time with make them feel like their own family. That kind of feeling we recognise from our daughter and we feel it too. Our child has blossomed in ways we never expected—from learning new skills to forming meaningful friendships. The activities are creative and enriching, and the communication with parents is always open and reassuring. My daughter loves going to school. She gets her cuddles and support when needed and the school has accommodated my daughters food allergies well.

We absolutely love Vale Village Childcare! Both of my kids attend and are always so excited to go it really speaks volumes about the environment. The educators are amazing: kind, patient, and truly supportive. The centre managers are always around and approachable, which makes communication feel easy and natural. I’ve already recommended Vale Village to several people I know. The owner is such a lovely person always greeting us with a warm, welcoming smile. It genuinely feels like a second home for our family.
