My child used to become upset when I'd do the kiddo drop off. Then we moved to Adventures @ Penno. They love the staff, activities and whole vibe. Their eating has gotten better, their attitude, politeness etc just a happy kid in general. If you've got a quiet child or rambuncious (like mine), they are wonderfully equipped to keep your child engaged and entertained. Im confident my child is well a truly prepared for preschool.

It makes my day so much easier being able to leave my children at a place where I can trust that they are safe and happy. Adventures gives me this piece of mind along with so much more. Great place for children and parents alike.

My experience at Adventures Preschool and Long Day Care has been positive for the ~2 year duration my child has attended. All the Educators that have supported my child during that time have been wonderful and caring. The management team are wonderful - transparent, communicative and approachable. I speak to the Director at every drop off and pick up and she always makes time to greet us. It has been a lovely community to be part of.

Our experience sending our 2 year old twins to Adventures Pennant Hills has been at best average but often times quite disappointing. The building is new and on paper the facilities may be impressive but when you walk in the atmosphere is cold and corporate. There was a change in centre manager during our time there and the new manager would very rarely look up to say hello when you walked in in the mornings. My twins would come home with nappy rashes quite frequently. On one occasion they had not been wiped properly and Sudocrem was just applied on top of raw red inflamed skin with chunks of faeces still on their skin. There seems to be a very large number of trainees at this centre and they look confused and scared most of the time. Edit in response to business owner’s comment: A few hours after leaving this review, the centre manager left a missed call and then the owner called me. I have never met the owner and I have never seen her at the Pennant Hills branch so I’m not sure how she can be so certain of the environment at this facility. Yes, there was one incident of nappy rash that was so bad that it required an official email complaint but we have provided feedback verbally about nappy rashes prior to this incident. Yes, I also prefer to speak to educators directly to resolve any issues which we did when it concerned the health and wellbeing of my children. In terms of general feedback, the administrative staff did not seem open to feedback.

Our experience with Adventures has been nothing short of outstanding. The teachers are friendly, attentive and always kept us updated about our child's progress. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The food provided by chef Blake is fresh and nutritious. The best part about it is the sense of community you feel with other parents as all the children transition to the area's primary schools together. We would highly recommend it to other parents!

My child has been attending Adventures day care just before they turned 1 and it’s been over 13 months - easily one of the best decisions we made as parents. Just some of the standout reasons why I would recommend Adventures: 1. The staff are incredible - professional, loving and caring 2. Clean, purpose built facilities with so many sensory activities for my child to engage in - singing, dancing, outdoor play, sensory activities, painting, playdough, storytime, etc - with a clear structure and routine for the day my child enjoys 3. Their protocols give me the confidence that my child will be healthy and safe 4. The food made on premise is nutritious and fresh 5. They keep me informed via the app Storypark of my child’s day - sharing photos, what they ate, sunscreen application and when they napped 6. Underpinning it all is the value of community and as a parent you feel very much involved- you’re encouraged to share stories, traditions and extend invites to the wider family and community members As full time working parents, we needed to place our child in a daycare that could give us peace of mind, and Adventures have surpassed every aspect. "I began with Adventures as a TAFE student 12 years ago and chose it for my prac because it felt warm and nurturing, with many high-quality teachers who could support my studies. I have now been with Adventures for 11 years and have obtained my Teaching degree (ECT). Fast forward to now, as a parent: There is nowhere else I would want my children to go. The educators are warm and friendly, the centre is well-organised, and the meals are delicious and nutritious. My older two children enjoyed the amazing preschool program and had a great start to their school journey. My youngest still attends and couldn't be happier!"

I have been so grateful to send my baby at 6 months old to Adventures, where they took care of her and helped me settle back into working Mum life with care and compassion. The educational program is outstanding, as they cater for each individual child’s needs and celebrate achievements no matter how big or small. Adventures is an excellent Preschool and Long Day Care I would recommend very highly in the community.

I’m so glad we made the switch to Adventures Turramurra. Our child has gone from screaming at drop off every day for a year at our previous Centre to looking forward to pre-school and saying ‘I had the best day ever’ each afternoon. The teachers and staff are wonderful and caring - always supporting our child and ensuring they are well looked after. We inherently trust that our child is safe - something we have questioned elsewhere. Being able to drop off our child and know that while we are at work she will be happy, safe and enriched throughout the day - priceless. If you are considering this Centre, I would recommend you have a look at the beautiful facilities. Everything is clean, new and well chosen for rich learning experiences. They even host lovely afternoon teas for special occasions such at Mother’s Day where they foster deeper connections between staff and parents - creating a lovely sense of community (though not overbearing). I’m so glad we found this place which was due to wanting a spot at one of their other centres with long wait lists. Clearly the business model is working well and in contrast to other companies with multiple sites, Adventures still prioritises selecting staff who are well trained, have strong literacy skills and genuinely care about children. We are not only glad we moved for the safety of our child, but for all that she has gained by being in such a wonderful, supportive and enriching environment.
