Thank you to you and all the Kindalin educators for taking such wonderful care of my daughter over the past four years. She has truly enjoyed her time at Kindalin. For us as parents, Kindalin has been more than just a safe place to leave our child — it has been a place where she could learn, grow, and genuinely enjoy herself every day. We are deeply grateful for everything the Kindalin team has done for her.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the team at Kindalin, especially Miss Rachel and Miss Bethany. At the beginning, my daughter was very reluctant to attend the childcare, which was a challenging time for our family. Miss Rachel kindly took the time to meet with my husband and me, listened carefully to our concerns, and came up with some thoughtful strategies that truly made a difference. The centre purchased a new toy and encouraged my daughter to name it herself, take it home for 1week, play with it, and take photos to show adventures with it. My daughter then shared those photos back with the centre, where the educators and other children looked at these photos together. This helped my daughter feel included, recognised, and involved. Miss Rachel also encouraged us to share my daughter’s daily life photos, which they used in class to talk about and explain to the children. Also, Miss Bethany switched her working shifts, was greeting my daughter in the morning. Thanks to this caring and personalised approach, my daughter now feels much more connected and confident at childcare, and she is happy and willing to attend. We are incredibly thankful for the patience, creativity, and genuine care shown by the Kindalin team. We highly recommend Kindalin to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive childcare environment.

Both of our children attended Kindalin WPH, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. We would gladly recommend Kindalin to any new families. When choosing childcare, we are quite careful, because we believe that educators are the most important influence in a child’s early years. Over the past six years, we have built strong trust and meaningful relationships with the educators. They are all so caring, patient and dedicated. Many of them truly go above and beyond every day. Our family has been part of Kindalin West Pennant Hills for eight years across four children, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. What stands out most is the consistency of the educators. Our senior educators have been with us through all four kids — that kind of continuity is rare and means the world to a family. Every single member of the team is lovely, gentle, and genuinely attentive. They listen to our concerns and actively work with us to get the best outcomes for our children, not just go through the motions. The flexibility has also been a lifeline. When life gets hectic, Kindalin West Pennant Hills has always found a way to accommodate casual days for us — something that makes a huge practical difference for working parents. Perhaps the greatest proof of everything is the simplest: our kids are always happy when we pick them up. Every single time. Beyond that, communication is excellent, security is top-notch, and there's always an open door if we need to talk something through. The food is healthy and well-prepared, and the premises are consistently clean and tidy. Eight years is a long time, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We've since moved houses and now drive past several other childcare centres to get here — and we'd do it again without hesitation. Highly recommend Kindalin West Pennant Hills!

We are so grateful to Miss Rachel and the team at Kindalin for working collaboratively with our family to support our little one settle into day care. The team were receptive to our suggestions and they were communicative about his daily progress. I am so pleased to have found a centre who celebrate each and every child. Nancy and the team took care of our two boys for a combined 5+ years, so we have gotten to know all of the educators quite well. Many of the same educators have been with the boys their entire journey but many have also moved on to be room coordinators at other Kindalin centres, which is a testament to the environment at Kindalin WPH. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to guide our boys in their early childhood!

I have had the best experience with Kindalin WPH. The staff are so beautiful and caring. My son (1) has settled in beautifully and I feel relaxed knowing he is in the best care.

Going to Kindalin West Pennant Hills was one of the best decisions we have ever made for our 3 children. Within weeks of moving from another child care centre in the area, family and friends noticed the difference in our children. Our daughter’s speech improved dramatically and all 3 were much happier with a significant improvement in their overall social and emotional development. The curriculum at Kindalin is noticeably superior to other centres and Director Nancy leads a fantastic team of Educators headed by fabulous Room Coordinators Rachel and Bethany. The service and care factor shown each and every day by Nancy and her staff is not found at other centres with children and families treated as valued members of the Kindalin family. It’s no suprise that many families in the area have left other centres and moved their children to Kindalin West Penannt Hills.

Nancy, Upasna and the rest of the team at Kindalin WPH have been amazing for our son. They have gone out of their way to cater to his individual needs and make the centre more inclusive. For example, introducing both educators and his peers to basic Key Word Signs so our son can effectively communicate with educators and peers. I can't recommend this centre enough!

We have been very lucky with having such a fantastic experience. Leaving our first born at 12 months old was a scary thought for me and my husband. However Nancy and the educators in the Playful Possums room made it the best decision. They made dropping off my son so easy, such a loving environment. Best 2 years we have had, we will miss you all.
