The team are next level - qualified, long tenure (most have been there since opening) and you can just tell that they are all brilliant educators.<br>The value adds (weekly sports class, language class, free subscription to Reading Eggs, yoga classes) is next level.<br>The best of the best!!

We’ve had a really lovely experience in the baby room. The educators are honestly what makes it so special. They’re kind, caring and always take the time to get to know each baby and their little personalities. It’s so reassuring knowing our child is with people who genuinely care about them and enjoy spending time with them.<br><br>As a parent, it’s not easy leaving your baby with someone else, but the team made us feel comfortable from the start. They’re always happy to chat about how the day went, share little updates and celebrate milestones with us. It’s clear they put a lot of love and effort into what they do.<br><br>Our little one is always happy to see the educators, and that says more than anything else. We’re really grateful for the care they’ve given our family and for making the transition into childcare such a positive experience.

The centre is always very clean, organised, and welcoming. The staff are all so lovely, caring, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our daughter has loved going there since day one and is always happy and excited when we arrive. We highly recommend Mini Masterminds Thornleigh Childcare. Our son Luca has been attending since October last year, and we’ve had such a wonderful experience. From our very first tour, we felt the warm welcome from the director Richard, who even prepared a personalised welcome sign for Luca. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly comfortable and cared for. In the Baby Room, Krystal and Heily patiently supported Luca through more than a month of transition period. He went from crying at drop-off every day to happily running into the room and straight into his teachers’ arms. We could truly see that he felt safe, secure, and loved there. The centre is always clean, organised, and well maintained. The children enjoy weekly yoga and sports classes, along with a wide variety of engaging learning and play activities. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Luca has now moved into the Toddler Room with Ally, Cindy, and Meyon. He is a very energetic and sometimes rough little boy, but the teachers always show him so much patience, understanding, and care. We are so grateful to Richard and all the educators for looking after Luca so well. It is truly a loving and nurturing childcare centre, and we would strongly recommend it to any families in the area.

I can’t recommend Mini Masterminds Thornleigh enough to all my mum friends in the area! My son has been attending since he was just 4 months old, and the staff have truly become an extension of our family. As we don’t have family nearby, we’ve had to rely on daycare while we work, and I honestly couldn’t feel more grateful for the care and support they provide. My son is so happy, confident, and absolutely loves going to Mini Masterminds Thornleigh — he even waves goodbye to me in the mornings! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is loved and well cared for every day. We moved to Mini Masterminds Thornleigh about five months ago and it’s honestly been such a positive change for us. Since starting, our little one has become so much more confident, happy and is picking up new words all the time. The educators are really caring and approachable, and you can tell they genuinely look after the kids. We’ve also loved having consistent educators, which has made a big difference in helping our child feel comfortable and settled. They’ve also been really great with the gradual transition into the toddler room, taking it at the right pace and making sure our child feels comfortable along the way. Communication has also been great. We get updates on the important things, but also the little moments like building blocks or recognising patterns, which is always so nice to see. The best part is how excited our little one is to go every morning. That says it all. We’re really happy we made the move.

MM Thornleigh is a wonderful childcare centre with a team of truly dedicated educators. My child settled in very quickly within the first few days of joining. Krystal, the nursery room leader, is especially warm and caring. She genuinely pays close attention to each child’s development and wellbeing. My child has thrived at the centre and looks forward to daycare every day, especially spending time with Hayley, Daiana, Richard, Ally, May and Cindy. Even the chef, Gazal, knows my child well, which shows how caring and connected the whole team is. The centre is always clean, well maintained, and filled with engaging activities for the children. I also feel completely at ease leaving my child in their care because the team consistently keeps me updated on my child’s daily activities and progress. Highly recommend MM Thornleigh to any parent looking for a warm and supportive childcare centre.
