HR and management not supportive at all - do not care about they employees Any educators - keep away and search for work in different companies! EDIT. To make a reply for a management. I strongly doubt that you guys make a team of strong people. Mini Masterminds has a huge staff turnover. How many cooks have you had since opening? I see posts on Facebook to hire new person.

very bad experience! They don’t separate toddlers with big children. It is dangerous and unfair for young children. It is harmful for their safety and wellbeing because big boys always make fun at young children. I saw several times and I have evidence but they still didn’t resolve this problem yet

This is my comment review for Richard, my kids were with his care for years and they are absolutely happy and love him, Richard is very professional, polite and kind, he was teaching my kids how to deal with their emotional stress when they started, teach them how to respect other kids, often informed parents about they days, he is so wonderful and great educators who understand and always support parents during the kids development stages,

The educators treat my children like family and genuinely care about their wellbeing. I highly recommend Mini Masterminds Thornleigh as a school and a home away from home!

All the staff at Mini Masterminds Thornleigh are so friendly and lovely. The educators go above and beyond to fill me in on my sons day and have created lovely relationships with him. They are incredibly nurturing and provide a warm and welcoming environment.

We enrolled our 2.5-year-old daughter at Mini Masterminds Thornleigh a few months ago, and honestly, we’re very impressed. The educators are absolutely lovely, warm and very caring. Drop-offs used to be teary-eyed negotiations at our old daycare, but now she runs in with a smile, barely giving us a wave goodbye some days! She’s made friends, comes home happy, and seems to be thriving — which tells us everything we need to know. The centre itself is fantastic — modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful outdoor play areas and well-equipped indoor rooms for everything from craft and reading to imaginative play. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier daycare.

We have a fantastic experience with Mini Masterminds Thornleigh and feel so fortunate to have found such a high-quality childcare centre in our local area. The educators are incredibly nurturing and attentive, taking the time to get to know each child’s individual personality and needs. Our son has become very expressive through words at a very young age. The centre also offers a really engaging and fun sports day once a week and Im convinced to say it is his favourite day!
