We absolutely love the Navigators Room at Mini Masterminds. Radhika the head teacher and the other educators Dini, and Asma are so kind, caring, and supportive. They always make us feel welcomed and keep us updated on our child’s learning and development. It’s wonderful to see how happy and comfortable our child is each day. Thank you for all the care, patience, and effort you put into helping the children grow and thrive. We truly appreciate everything you do!

Parent communication and involvement

Parent communication and involvement

As a family-owned and operated childcare, Mini Masterminds values strong partnerships with families and the wider community.

By working collaboratively with parents, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels a true sense of belonging. Through our OWNA parent communication app, families receive daily photos, learning updates and information about their child's day, including meals, sleep, toileting and key routines, keeping them connected every step of the way.

Families are actively involved in centre life through regular communication, special events and cultural celebrations, creating meaningful connections between children, families, educators and the wider community.

Safety

Safety

At Mini Masterminds, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We believe every child deserves to feel secure, respected and cared for - both physically and emotionally.

Our centres go above and beyond regulatory requirements, with thoughtfully designed environments, CCTV monitoring throughout each centre, and glass viewing panels that provide greater visibility between learning spaces and amenities. Our educators also complete additional child safety and safeguarding training beyond mandatory requirements, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to provide the highest standard of care.

We’re proud to work alongside families and educators to promote safe and positive early learning spaces where children can grow with confidence.

We love MMM and very happy for choosing Schofields centre. My daughter goes to Leaders room and staff (Miss Eve and Miss Annie) are very friendly and caring. They really helped my daughter in settling from day one , made her feel comfortable and safe. She enjoys all the activities in the day care (they're very engaging). The environment is always clean, welcoming, and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning and social development. Communication with parents has also been excellent. Special thanks to Miss Eve and Miss Annie.

We have had such a positive experience with Mini Masterminds Schofields. Both of our kids attend the centre and we couldn’t be happier with the care, support and learning environment provided by the educators and staff. The team is always welcoming, professional and genuinely caring towards the children. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our kids are in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment every day. We’ve seen great growth in their confidence, communication and overall development since attending. The centre is always clean, well organised and communication with families is excellent. A big thank you to all the educators and management for the amazing work they do. Highly recommend Mini Masterminds Schofields to any parents looking for quality childcare.
