If I could give Mini Masterminds Padstow more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.<br><br>As a mum of six children, finding an early learning centre where you genuinely feel your children are safe, loved and encouraged to grow is incredibly important. From the very beginning, the team at Mini Masterminds Padstow has gone above and beyond for both Fatima and Yusuf.<br><br>What started as simply choosing a childcare centre has turned into finding an extended family. The team at Mini Masterminds Padstow has become like family to us, and that says everything about the love, care and dedication they show every single day. My children absolutely adore their educators, and as a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are genuinely excited to go to daycare each morning.<br><br>Every educator has shown so much kindness, patience and genuine care. It’s obvious they don’t just see the children as numbers—they take the time to build real relationships with them, understand their individual personalities, and create an environment where they feel happy, secure and excited to learn.<br><br>A special thank you to Shae and Sammy, who do an incredible job leading the centre. Their passion, professionalism and commitment to families is evident in everything they do. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure every child is supported and every family feels welcomed, heard and valued. Their leadership has created such a warm, positive and nurturing environment, and it truly shows.<br><br>The communication with families has been exceptional. I always feel informed about my children’s day through updates, photos and conversations with the educators, which gives me so much peace of mind.<br><br>Another thing I absolutely love is that the children are provided with freshly cooked meals and nutritious snacks every day. It’s one less thing for busy parents to worry about, and it’s wonderful knowing they’re being so well looked after.<br><br>The centre itself is always clean, welcoming and beautifully set up with engaging activities that encourage learning through play. The variety of experiences the children are exposed to is incredible, including programs like Grow Fit that keep them active while making exercise fun.<br><br>By the time Fatima and Yusuf come home, they’re happily exhausted from a full day of learning, playing, exploring and staying active. All they want is cuddles, a bath and bed, which is a true testament to how full, engaging and enriching their days are.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Mini Masterminds Padstow for everything you do. Your dedication, compassion and hard work never go unnoticed. Having moved my children from a small independent childcare I was a little nervous about a bigger one<br>But thank god I did move<br>My daughters cried for a whole year in the old place but with mini masterminds miss Shea along with the educators created a plan and within 2 weeks no tears my girls are thriving here and I couldn’t be happier with the decision and development I see in my kids the educators go above and beyond for the kids and having a fun environment is amazing I would highly recommend this place

My son has been attending since their first day of opening and has loved every second! The educators are very engaging and caring, know each of their children and tailor their experiences, programs and day to day based on this and family feedback. The centre director is very knowledgeable and caring, the way the kids run towards her as she walks into each space shows the amount of love, care and support she provides to the service as a whole. Amazing, cannot fault this service.

Can’t speak higher about this service. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. The director is incredibly knowledgeable about each child and you can see her care for each and every one of them. I feel as though my children’s needs are constantly met and communication is always open between families and staff. I can 100% recommendation this service.

My son attended this centre for almost 2 years. Whilst in the baby room, I was pleased with the care and communication. Once he moved up to the next room, he initially was happy and this slowly declined. He started becoming distressed at drop off again and telling me he didn’t want to go to school. The educators themselves were lovely, but there were far too many children in the room and constant illnesses. I did not feel that he received the attention he needed due to the amount of children and was quite dysregulated when coming home each time. Towards the end, there were educators I did not recognise in his room each morning. He was also very hungry when picking him up, despite “full servings” of meals being logged. Once I flagged this with the educators, then “light servings” started to be logged. On a number of occasions, his nappy would be very full upon pick up.
