Leaving a baby in care is hard, and the nursery team at Mini Masterminds Padstow Centre understood that. They never rushed our settling in, they always had time for a chat at drop-off, and they shared little moments from the day with us. Now our baby lights up when she sees her favourite educators, which means heaps to me.

My kid attended mini masterminds Padstow for over two and half years 4 days a week. During that time they had many changes of educators and a change of directors too towards the end.<br><br>After more than two and half years, they said they can’t support my kid anymore. Basically they were saying my kid was out of control and we are kicking him out without any warnings. They did send him home few times but they never told us that they’ll be pulling the plug at certain stage. I don’t completely rule out my family’s role here either and we always acted and worked with them happily on their every feedback.<br><br>Because we both parents work, so it was a big decision for us and we had to beg them to keep our son there for a month or so till we find another childcare to which they agreed.<br><br>Amongst other things, during the whole time we had been having other kind of issues like with my son having nappy rashes and when he was home over the weekend it would heal and next week same issue. They wouldn’t even bother changing his wet and sandy pants or shirt and they have always had issues of staff to children ratio which we brought to their attention few times but they never did anything about it.<br><br>I would say do your own research before choosing any childcare and I recommend checking the government website for the standard of childcare. I can put the link here as Google doesn’t allow it but a quick Google search will work. The day I’m posting this review, this centre doesn’t meet the National Quality Standards (NQS).

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Mini Masterminds Padstow. The educators are professional, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The management team is also very supportive and creates a warm and welcoming environment. I really appreciate how much importance they place on providing a positive experience for families.<br><br>They have a lovely atmosphere, and it’s clear that the team is amazing. I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone looking for a caring, safe, and supportive environment😍

As a mother with high expectations, I'm quite impressed with the high quality of experiences my daughter & son receive at this centre. Also we love the flexibility because there are days where I get caught up at the office & need to have their grandfather pick them up. The rooms a very clean & the food so good that I don't need to worry if they ate their vegetables for lunch.<br><br>Thank you for looking after my kids

Such a wonderful childcare centre! The educators are friendly and attentive, and it’s lovely to see how comfortable and happy our child is around them. Mini Masterminds Padstow always has engaging activities available for the children in the two rooms our child has been in.<br>What stood out most for us is the genuine care shown towards all children and the relationships the educators build with families.
