Our experience at inspire has been nothing short of amazing, we have been attending for about a month now after moving from a different centre. My child has excelled massively since we moved here, the educators are so friendly and supportive of my little one and their big feelings. I’ve gone from receiving our usual photo updates from our old centre with not a single smile to receiving updates with my child having the biggest smile I’ve seen since they’ve started attending daycare. The centre director is also amazing, she very clearly supports her staff even seeing her on the floor with the children warms my heart and shows just how hands on and passionate she is. My school child absolutely loves coming in and sits and chats with Georgia while I take my little one down for drop off. Georgia not once has made myself or either of my children feel any less and we appreciate her for that. I’ll be bringing my third child into the world soon and am very excited to know that they’ll receive amazing care at this centre when the time comes for them to attend. The centre is clean, calming and welcoming each and every day we step foot in. Not once have I seen a child crying be left to do so alone, there’s always an educator that goes above and beyond to help settle the children. My child has difficult drop offs and the educators are beyond amazing at offering them the extra support they need during this time.

I absolutely love this childcare centre. From the very beginning the educators and staff have made both my daughter and myself feel so welcomed, supported, and cared for. One thing I especially appreciate is how amazing they have been with my daughter’s picky eating and individual needs. They have been so patient, encouraging, and accommodating without ever making us feel judged or stressed about it. They truly take the time to get to know each child personally and support them in the way they need. The support they showed me when there was some really emotional and difficult drop-offs in the beginning, and the educators were so kind, patient, and reassuring with both my daughter and myself. They would even call me throughout the day to update me and reassure me that she was settled and happy, which meant the world to me during such an emotional time. Since attending, my daughter has become more confident, independent, and social. It has been beautiful to watch her grow and develop in such a nurturing environment where she feels safe, happy, and supported every day. The educators consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, engaging, and positive atmosphere for the children. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a caring and supportive childcare centre for my daughter. I truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough to any family looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for and encouraged to thrive.

I cannot recommend Inspire Early learning highly enough! The staff are incredibly dedicated, professional, and genuinely love what they do. They create such a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for the children. My son loves his time here, and we have seen such positive growth in his development and daily routine. Inspire ELJ Pakenham is welcoming, warm, friendly and professional. They set a high standard of care for our children and really invest in each child as an individual. They know each child, picking up on any small changes in usual behaviour and seeking to help them grow as unique individuals. My daughter genuinely enjoys coming to 'school' each day and has really flourished having a great relationship with all her educators. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. My wife and I are both teachers and this centre sets the standard for high quality education with a hands-on practical approach preparing children for life and school.

Inspire ELJ Pakenham has such a welcoming environment for both children and parents. The educators really take the time to get to know your child and it's a highlight of my day to hear the little stories of my child's day from her educators at pick up time. Their seasonal menu is so healthy and my daughter comes home well nourished and very well fed. The best part of Inspire ELJ is the Montessori curriculum where children learn real life skills in a home like environment. Their interests and curiosities are nurtured and I'm confident that my daughter will be so well prepared for kindergarten and eventually school.

I toured this childcare recently and was amazed by the changes since my last visit years ago. The new management has completely transformed the environment — it’s organised, welcoming, and the Montessori program looks fantastic. We’ve decided to enrol our younger child here in 2026.
