We’ve been so fortunate to have found Angels With Smiley Faces. From the very beginning, it was clear that this is more than just a childcare service — it’s a space filled with genuine care, warmth, and kindness. My daughter Sara absolutely adores her time there, and it’s easy to see why. The educator has such a gentle and thoughtful approach. She is incredibly kind to Sara, always patient, attentive, and in tune with her needs. Sara can be sensitive and takes time to warm up to new environments, but with her, the transition was beautifully smooth. The calm and nurturing atmosphere she creates made a huge difference in helping Sara feel safe, seen, and happy. What I appreciate most is the way she connects with the children — not just supervising them, but truly engaging with them, understanding their little personalities, and encouraging their development in such a loving and respectful way. As a parent, it’s such a relief to know your child is not only cared for, but also emotionally supported and respected. We couldn’t be happier, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I can highly recommend Susie’s childcare services to other parents. I myself was recommended Susie when my regular childcare provider was temporarily closed. I was a little nervous as my son would be unsure of her and his new surroundings, but Susie was immediately warm and welcoming, and my son took to her straight away, asking to go back again and again. Before our first day, she asked about activities he enjoys to ensure he was catered for. She has great facilities - both indoor and outdoor - with lots of toys and activities available/set up. She also offered advice on various things (such as speech development) which I was very grateful for. He only attended for 3 days but Susie has had a very positive impact on both Elliott and myself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susie to other parents, it’s just a shame we were only there for such a short time. I’m hoping the opportunity will arise for Elliott to attend again.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Susi, she is such a warm and caring lady! It was our first time dealing with day care and she made us feel at ease from the first time we spoke. You can feel what a beautiful soul she is and we have no worries at all leaving our baby with her. She is very sweet with the kids and also understand the importance of teaching them discipline and well manners. I feel at home whenever im around her. Susie is amazing and I would be lost without her! She came highly recommended by a family member and has been the perfect fit for my family. Susie is nurturing, caring and compassionate and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in childcare. She provides an excellent level of support, not only for the children in her care but also for the families. I greatly appreciate that she takes the time to make herself available to chat whenever I have any concerns. My daughter suffers from severe food allergies – anaphylaxis and must be in the care of someone attentive, who I can trust. My mind is always at ease when she is with Susie. I highly recommend Susie as a carer. My daughter has such a wonderful time with her and the other children each week she attends.

Susie has looked after my toddler for almost two years. She is extremely caring and had loved my daughter like her own. She is genuinely interested in her wellbeing and development and always has new and engaging activities setup for the children. Susie is a lovely person and has been very flexible with helping me out when things have popped up in life. I would highly recommend her as a carer.

Couldn't recommend Susie more. My son has the most wonderful time each week with her & the kids that attend. He looks forward to attending each week, and has been completely at ease with Susie since the moment they met. He has learnt a lot in the past few months & so have we as Parents because Susie is so knowledgable & helpful in all aspects of raising a child. She is so nurturing & warm.

Susie is an exceptional carer and stood out from the rest in my search. She has a nurturing approach for both the children and parents (especially if this is your first time using care). She is highly experienced which makes me feel both relaxed and confident leaving my child there. She has also been helpful to me as parent when I needed advice, sense checking or assurance. Most importantly the kids love her. She has a great indoor and outdoor dedicated space for the kids and they are always engaged and happy.

My daughter has been attending Angels with Smiley Faces for nearly 3 years now. I could not be more happier with the service that Susie provides. She genuinely cares for the children she looks after, is very nurturing and a very confident and experienced educator. I never have to worry or feel guilty when I leave my daughter in Susie’s care, she has such an amazing time there and there is always something different to play with or learn about. Susie is also such a great support to the families that attend as well as the children. She has always been available to listen when I have ever had any concerns about my daughter (such as fussy eating etc), she has a wealth of knowledge, but most of all, she is v compassionate and is always able to put my mind at ease and help with finding solutions. We would genuinely be lost without Susie and her wonderful daycare.
