We are very grateful our child can attend this daycare. Their policies and procedures are excellent. Communication with parents is outstanding. We appreciate all the teachers and management. It has a very calm atmosphere and our child is very happy and safe and loved there. They really pay attention to all the children. Photo updates, excursions, events. There's always something exciting for the kids.

This childcare verbally abused my child because she didn’t want to nap during nap time. Other childcare’s would direct their attention to colouring books/ other activities in a corner when they don’t want to nap, however this childcare did not and yelled and made my daughter upset and forced her to close her eyes and sleep. We have since changed childcare’s - this childcare was very disappointing.

Dear Anita, Thank you for reaching out to us. We have reviewed our records and have determined that your child has never attended our service. We take the well-being and care of all children very seriously. Our educators are trained to provide a respectful and nurturing environment. We do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse and always offer alternatives to our children who do not wish to nap. We are sorry to hear about your experience - but this did not occur at our service. We wish you and your family the best. Regards, The Queen Street Early Learning Centre Team
