Such a loving and caring environment, our kids both love it and we feel so comfortable here.

After moving suburbs and in need of a new daycare we were recommended Story Park in Cheltenham. We have been here for two years now with our boys and couldn’t be happier. The staff and center are very engaging and constantly implementing increased activities for the kids to prepare them for future schooling.

We’re incredibly grateful for the experience we’ve had at Story House so far. From the very beginning, Director Amanda made us feel so welcomed during the tour, which gave us a lot of comfort in making our decision. Ayden had come from another childcare and was very attached to his previous educators, so we were naturally quite anxious about the transition. However, during the orientation, Amanda, Jemma, and Alma provided so much support, patience, and reassurance. They kept us informed every step of the way and helped ease our worries immensely. It’s been heartwarming to see how far Ayden has come—from crying at every drop-off to now going straight to his educators. The communication from the team has been excellent, and I always look forward to the daily reflections and photos to see what Ayden has been up to. Overall, Story House has been such a nurturing and loving environment, and we’re so thankful for the care and dedication from all the educators.

Both of my girls attend Kids House and we couldn’t be happier. The educators are caring, supportive, and have made the transition so smooth. Especially for our youngest who just started. We feel confident knowing they’re in such good hands!

Our son has attended this Centre for 3 years, from nursery to Kinder room. We are happy to see how he’s growing and learning fast. All the educators/teachers cared/caring for him are lovely and responsible, bonded with him well. Facility wise we love the open plan that kids in different rooms on the same level can access and share the big outdoor areas.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Story House Cheltenham over the past 18 months. Our son Jason started in the nursery room and is now in the toddler room—he’s been absolutely loving his time there and always has smile on his face when I pick him up. The centre has made some great improvements over last 1-2 years under centre director Amanda, and it really shows. The educators are incredibly caring and genuinely prioritise the children's development. One thing we really appreciate is the relatively smaller group sizes in each room—it means more personalised attention and lots of meaningful group time activities. The team also regularly seeks parent feedback and encourages engagement, which makes us feel involved and valued as part of our child’s learning journey. Highly recommend!

Have had my daughter in story house Cheltenham for a year and my son for 6 months. Both my children have been excelled in communication and learning since attending. The staff are lovely and caring and always putting a smile on the kids faces. Highly recommended this centre! One thing I absolutely love is the app they use! They keep me updated with what they do, eat and what time they nap. Also many photos showing me the activities done that day. Elma in the nursery is absolutely lovely and so great with the kids. Khanh is a wonderful pre kindergarten educator also. There's many great staff here.

We are very happy with story house. Our son has made some great friends and his development has advanced greatly due to all of the educational activities and effort from educators.

We currently have 3 children enrolled and have been really happy with every room and the centre as a whole. All the educators are friendly, engaged and do a great job with the children! Amanda the Centre Manager is quick to respond to questions and queries and nothing is ever too hard. Definitely recommend.

We loved the Kidshouse Cheltenham, my son has been there for 6 months from nursery to toddler room. Couple of views: 1. Under covered open space playground, very impressive to me at the first visit. Kids play outdoor without get wet. 2. Lovely educator. Very stable, Elma from Nursery room was very nice and patient, she is very educated and loving kids. Amy from toddler room was very trustworthy, always had talked about how’s things going with my kids and arranged many activities for kids. Also other educators, they are very nice. 3. ALWAYS keep us updated on APP. Massive photos sharing on the day, that i can see and share with my son when he is back home, making him refresh his whole day in center. 4. Center manager Amanda and her colleague Gemma are very organised, posted important notices on the app all the time. All the over, I love here, even I lived a little bit far away, but for me, it’s all good as long as my son likes here. Thanks
