Best decision we ever made for our daughter! 10/10

We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful early learning centre for our little one. ❤️<br><br>When we were looking for a centre, I actually chose this one over another centre that was closer to our home because my gut feeling told me that this was the perfect place for my child. Looking back, I truly feel that I made the right decision.<br><br>As a first-time mum, it was incredibly challenging for me to leave my little one in someone else’s care. I remember feeling worried and anxious, especially during those first few months, constantly wondering if he was safe, happy and being well looked after.<br><br>But over time, seeing how dedicated, caring and nurturing his educators were — especially Anju and Dinali — helped me feel more and more at ease. They took the time to get to know him, understand his needs, and make him feel safe, comfortable and loved. Seeing how much he enjoys spending time with his educators and peers has given me such reassurance as a mum.<br><br>The educators have been incredibly supportive, patient and compassionate, and we genuinely feel that they care about our little one, not just as a child in their care, but as an individual. That means so much to us.<br><br>We would also love to give a special mention to the manager, Brooke, who has been an absolute gem! She is approachable, understanding and always willing to listen and help. Her genuine care for the children, families and staff is so evident, and we truly appreciate the kindness and support she provides.<br><br>Leaving your child in someone else’s care for the first time can be such an emotional experience, but having a team you can trust makes all the difference. We feel incredibly lucky to have such caring educators and supportive management looking after our little one.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for everything you do each day. We truly appreciate your dedication, kindness and the love you show our child. Knowing that he is happy, safe and cared for makes us feel so grateful to be part of this centre. ❤️

My son has been attending this centre since he was around 1½–2 years old, and from the very beginning we felt comfortable and confident that we had chosen the right place for him.<br><br>Over the years, the educators and staff have been absolutely incredible with him. They have supported him through so much, particularly throughout his journey with developmental delays and autism. Their understanding, patience, guidance and genuine care have meant more to us than I can put into words.<br><br>The support and recommendations we have received from his educators have been incredibly helpful and reassuring. We have always felt that they genuinely have his best interests at heart and that they will go above and beyond to make sure he is included, supported and given every opportunity to thrive.<br><br>Having his support workers come into the centre has also been such a positive experience. I have always felt comfortable knowing that the educators communicate openly and honestly with me and provide genuine feedback about how he is doing, making sure we are all working together to give him the support he needs.<br><br>What I have loved most is the relationships we have built with the staff. They have been so welcoming, caring and easy to connect with, and over the years they have become so much more than just the people who care for my son during the day. They have been such an important part of his childhood and his development, and a huge part of his journey.<br><br>I would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to anyone looking for childcare. We have truly loved our time here and could not have asked for a better place for my son to grow, learn and be supported.<br><br>It honestly makes me so emotional knowing that he will soon be starting school and that our time at the centre is coming to an end. It feels like just yesterday he was walking through those doors as such a little boy, and now he is getting ready for his next big chapter.<br><br>We will forever be grateful to all of the educators and staff who have loved, supported, encouraged and believed in him along the way. Thank you for being such a special part of his early years and for making this journey such a positive and memorable one for our family. ❤️

Story House Lynbrook has been the best decision we have ever made for our two boys. Moving homes and into a new center became the easiest job with the wonderful staff here! Every staff member knows our kids names, they were warm and welcoming. The staff are all genuinely beautiful people who care a nurture for every kid. My eldest child was extremely hesitant leaving his old center and the staff here have made it incredibly easy for him to adjust! Couldnt have chosen a better center!

We have had such a wonderful experience transitioning into daycare. From day one, the whole team have been so welcoming, kind and supportive, and they have made what can be such a big and emotional transition feel so much easier for both my child and me.<br><br>A huge shout-out to Dinali, Anju and Cassie, who have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole transition. They have been so warm, caring and patient, and have gone above and beyond to make sure my child is comfortable, settled and happy. The reassurance, check-ins and communication have been incredible, and they are always happy to answer questions or take a little extra time when needed. I have never once felt silly for wanting to stay a little longer, do extra stay-and-plays or check ins. They have always made me feel completely supported.<br><br>Having had different experiences with orientations at other centres, the difference here has been huge. You genuinely feel like they care about making sure your child is happy, safe and comfortable, while also understanding how hard the transition can be for parents.<br><br>I also love that it genuinely feels like a little family. Educators from other areas know the children’s names and say hello, so it isn’t just the educators who work closely with your child who know them. It really shows how much the whole team cares.<br><br>My child absolutely loves going and has settled in so well, and so far we haven’t had a single issue. Every parent I’ve spoken to has had such lovely things to say, and it’s lovely hearing about families whose children have stayed there right through from the younger years to school age.<br><br>Brooke, the Director, is also AMAZING!! so approachable and always happy to answer any question without ever making you feel like you’re being an over-worried parent.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. We feel so welcomed, supported and lucky to have found such a wonderful centre and team. ❤️

We are so glad that we found Story House Lynbrook! The centre has large open play spaces inside and out that are always clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly welcoming, every staff member knows our children by name and you can always find the centre management in the rooms engaging with the children. They have been a blessing for our anxious child, implementing supportive startegies, offering plenty of orientation time and building positive relationships. We love how the educators are constantly updating us on our children through the app and in person. Our children love all the activities and events on offer and weekly trips to the local parks. Our children are flourishing here with so many wonderful learning experiences, we are amazed by the things they share when they come home.

When my kids first started at storyhouse Lynbrook I was very nervous and anxious about it but rest assured I had nothing to worry about, the staff are amazing they do their very best to comfort, teach and give all the kids so much love. My kids adore everyone there and it’s makes me so happy that they love it! They have grown and learnt so much thanks for on all the lovely team ❤️❤️ I would only recommend storyhouse to friends and family as I have all trust in them!! THANKS TEAM

After a couple of friends recommended Story Book in Lynbrook, I booked a tour—and from the moment I walked in, I just knew it was the perfect fit. I felt an immediate sense of comfort knowing my daughter would be genuinely loved and cared for in a way I had only ever imagined I could provide myself. The team has been so supportive and accommodating, always making sure I feel completely at ease leaving her in their care. She absolutely adores her educators—at drop-off, she happily jumps out of my arms to greet them with big hugs, which says everything. The staff are truly passionate about what they do, and I feel so grateful to have found a place where I never have any doubts or concerns about my daughter’s wellbeing.
