My daughter started at the center when she was 8 months old. She began in the Explorers room and had such a wonderful experience there. The educators were incredibly caring, nurturing and supportive, and they made her feel safe and loved from the very beginning.<br><br>When she moved into the Adventurers room at around 15–16 months old, the transition was so smooth. Miss Kirra and Miss Isabel were amazing in helping her settle into her new environment. She already knew them, which gave me so much confidence and made the transition completely stress-free for both of us.<br><br>The learning experiences and activities in the Adventurers room are always engaging and thoughtfully planned. I especially love the book time, story time and the variety of hands-on experiences they provide every day. It’s clear that the educators genuinely care about each child’s learning, development and wellbeing.<br><br>The biggest sign that she’s happy is how excited she is to go to daycare each morning. If she misses a day, she talks about her friends and is so excited to go back the next day.<br><br>Thank you to the wonderful Adventurers team for creating such a warm, caring and stimulating environment. Knowing my daughter is happy, safe and thriving gives me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend this room to any family looking for exceptional care and early education.

Our daughter has ASD, and choosing the right preschool was incredibly important to us. We honestly couldn't be happier with Little Zak's. From the very beginning, every educator in her room has been so patient, kind, and supportive. They take the time to understand her individual needs, encourage her development, and celebrate every milestone she reaches.<br><br>The ladies at the front desk have also been amazing. They're always so welcoming, approachable, and happy to help with any questions or concerns we have. It's clear they genuinely care about the children and their families, creating such a warm and inclusive environment.<br><br>Seeing how much our daughter has grown in confidence, communication, and independence since attending has been incredible. We feel so lucky to have found a centre where she is truly cared for, supported, and encouraged to thrive. We can't thank the whole team enough and would highly recommend Little Zak's to any family! :)

My 3 year old son loves his time at Little Zak’s Academy Lisarow. From the moment he started, all of the educators have been so kind, caring, and supportive. They have made him feel safe, welcome, and excited to come to daycare each day.<br><br>It has been amazing to watch him grow , make new friends, and learn so many new skills. The educators genuinely care about every child and always take the time to keep me updated on how he’s going.<br><br>As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my son is in such a loving and nurturing environment. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support our family has received. I highly recommend Little Zak’s Academy Lisarow to any family looking for a safe, caring, and high quality daycare for their child.

We enrolled both of our daughters at Little Zak's after being impressed by the facilities, school readiness program and the educators we met during our tour. Unfortunately, our experience didn't reflect what we were initially shown.<br><br>There was a high turnover of educators in the pre-school room throughout our time at the centre, making it difficult for our eldest daughter to build consistent relationships and for us to communicate about her development. We also experienced ongoing challenges with communication, with emails going unanswered - it almost felt like we were a burden.<br><br>When we asked to reduce our eldest daughter's attendance to one day per week, we were told this wasn't possible because the centre wanted children to maintain a sense of connection. This felt inconsistent given our younger daughter was already attending one day per week and there was so much inconsistency with educators.<br><br>We ultimately made the decision to withdraw both of our daughters.<br><br>The most disappointing part of our experience has been after leaving the centre. Despite providing the required formal notice, we continued to be charged and have now spent 4 months trying to recover almost $2,000. We've followed up with the centre and head office numerous times, have received different explanations, and the matter remains unresolved. Other parents we know have had the same issues.<br><br>We appreciate that issues can arise, but clear communication and timely resolution are important. Based on our overall experience, we wouldn't recommend Little Zak’s. Extremely disappointing.

After struggling with another daycare for years, little Zac’s was a breath of fresh air. Staff are amazing, and my kids settled straight away. They both responded well to the routines put in place in their rooms, and having consistent teachers made such a difference. I feel well informed about how their days went, and wouldn’t hesitate to ask for anything. I feel like Little Zac’s is a well run centre, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My kids absolutely love attending Little Zak’s Lisarow. All of the educators are amazing, can’t fault a single one and they know my kids so well. I’ve recommended them to friends and would happily continue doing so

Little Zaks at Lisarow is fantastic!! The team there are incredible with our daughter. We had to enrol our daughter when she was only 3 months old and as first time parents we were understandably nervous. But the staff there were so supportive, caring and nurturing and we are so greatful to have had our daughter there. I always feel so comfortable when she is there. I know no matter what she will be looked after to the highest quality. They were so engaged in her development and milestones and helped her along in ways that me and my partner couldn't. As first time parents we were also supported at a level that I did not expect. They constantly helped us with ways to help our daughter at home with development and provided lots of idea whenever we had any of the normal concerns that first time parents have. I honestly can't fault this daycare centre. The people make it what it is and they are all amazing people.

This is our first daycare experience, and we are so happy with it. The staff are amazing, caring, and very personalized. My son felt at home in no time. The Centre Director is also very friendly and wonderful. Great activities for kids to learn and have fun every day. Highly recommend!
