Little Zaks at Lisarow is fantastic!! The team there are incredible with our daughter. We had to enrol our daughter when she was only 3 months old and as first time parents we were understandably nervous. But the staff there were so supportive, caring and nurturing and we are so greatful to have had our daughter there. I always feel so comfortable when she is there. I know no matter what she will be looked after to the highest quality. They were so engaged in her development and milestones and helped her along in ways that me and my partner couldn't. As first time parents we were also supported at a level that I did not expect. They constantly helped us with ways to help our daughter at home with development and provided lots of idea whenever we had any of the normal concerns that first time parents have. I honestly can't fault this daycare centre. The people make it what it is and they are all amazing people.

This is our first daycare experience, and we are so happy with it. The staff are amazing, caring, and very personalized. My son felt at home in no time. The Centre Director is also very friendly and wonderful. Great activities for kids to learn and have fun every day. Highly recommend!

Cannot speak highly enough about this centre. I moved my daughter here from another centre at the beginning of the year and it was the best thing I ever did. The staff are very friendly and genuinely caring. My daughter settled in very quickly and has already formed great relationships with the educators. I have found their communication to be excellent. I am really loving all the activities they do with the children. My daughter especially loves the soccer program they do every week. So glad I found Little Zak's at Lisarow.

Absolutely over the moon that we got our baby into Zak's at Lisarow. The educators are professional, caring, attentive and obviously love what they do. They were so supportive and communicative during the adjustment period of me going back to work. Cannot thank them enough for the care they show my daughter.

My daughter has attended Little Zaks since the very first day they opened. Despite the challenges of opening, the educators and management team were so wonderful and caring in helping my partner and I transition our little one into daycare, with the nerves of first time parents. Over the year, the growth we have seen with our daughter has been beyond amazing and we are so thankful to all the work of the educators she’s had during this time. (Particularly shouting out to Miss Kirra, Miss Isobel & the staff in the adventures room for always making my partner and I feel welcomed at drop offs and for giving our girl the love and care she needs to grow.) she is always so happy to be dropped off and playing beautiful when I go to collect her! Karissa and Andrea are a fantastic management team, both working for the best for the service and children and it shows in the warmth the service has when we drop off our daughter. 5 Stars all around! I will forever recommend this service and it’s sensational and dedicated staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Little Zak’s Academy Lisarow. It is clear that their primary focus is on revenue rather than the well-being of the children or supporting families. Despite my daughter attending for some time, the teachers didn't even seem to know her name, which is heartbreaking for any parent to witness. The "nutrition" was equally disappointing, often consisting of just plain rice. The biggest issue, however, is their predatory billing and lack of empathy. Even after we provided the required 4-week notice and she stopped attending, they continued to charge us. They made the process of leaving unnecessarily difficult and showed zero compassion when we communicated that we weren’t happy. They simply kept charging for days she wasn't even there. If you are looking for a center that treats your child as an individual and supports your family, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place is all about the money.

My Daughter has been going to Little Zak’s since it opened and I am nothing but impressed! As an educator myself it is honestly somewhere that I would work The educators are always smiling and greet you upon arrival and departure even if they aren’t from my child’s room The centre itself is immaculate, the resources are stunning with so many options for the children I find myself often telling them how clean the place smells! The extra activities they provide that are included in your costs are awesome my daughter loves learning to cook and doing soccer I found at our last centre my daughter was very reserved and didn’t talk a lot Little Zak’s have brought out that beautiful side I get to see at home in such a short period of time! I’m always blown away and forever grateful As a parent moving your children to a new centre or starting daycare is always daunting but I often say to people I have absolutely no regrets in this decision Well done team ❤️

Little Zak’s Lisarow is a wonderful centre with the most kind and caring staff. My daughter is so well looked after and absolutely loves the educators. The Centre Director Sam, Miss CJ and Miss Molly have made our families transition to childcare a positive experience and we are looking forward to sending out other daughter when she’s older.

Enrolled my son while the centre was under construction as it’s closer to home than where he was previously and I was hoping it would be a smaller centre. Opening date was delayed a while (out of Little Zacs control) which was a bit frustrating but since starting my boy is thriving! Finally we have found somewhere that he loves going to and I can feel secure leaving him at. Facilities, staff and level of care are outstanding. So glad we found Little Zacs!!
