We can’t thank Endeavour and the team enough, they have looked after our son since he was 3 months old, and now soon to turn two.<br><br>Even blending centres and trying other day cares that were closer to home, they simple didn’t rival EEE and the teams care for our boy - so very gladly we travel further afield daily to take him to the best place on the coast.<br><br>As an expat family, with no family of our own to help care for a young child, the team have been a huge support to us.<br><br>Our son really loves his Endeavour days, the fun, activities and education, and friends he has met so far along the way and we have been so grateful.<br><br>Thank you Vanessa and team, we appreciate you all so very much and really value the work you do every day to ensure our future generation learn, have fun and play in a safe amazing space with wonderful people.

Our son has been attending Endeavour Early Education for over a year now. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support he has received during this time. He has thrived in the nurturing and engaging environment the centre provides. He has formed wonderful friendships with his peers and special bonds with his educators. He loves the extracurricular activities provided such as their sports program, music and movement and cooking experiences. We love watching him showcase the skills he has learnt at daycare at home. As working parents it’s a big relief knowing he is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for throughout the day. He loves going to daycare so much that he even asks to go to “school” on the weekends! His educators have been warm, welcoming, supportive, and professional. The Centre Director Vanessa is always actively involved throughout the centre and regularly spends time in the classrooms with the children. The hands on leadership is something I haven’t experienced working at other centres and sets Endeavour apart from the rest. We are grateful to be part of such a caring community and highly recommend Endeavour Early Education Kariong to any family looking for exceptional care.

We have been a part of the endeavor community since 2021 and have never had any issues, in fact cannot speak more highly of the place. We have always had prompt communication from staff and always felt we've had the best care for our children. The educators that we have had have been constant and my children have formed especially positive relationships with them. My youngest now has the educators that my eldest had. Endeavour have always included family participation whether its mother's day, fathers day, easter hat parades and Christmas parties. Wouldn't hesitate to send my children here.

We've been at Endeavour for nearly 10 years, and all 4 of our kids have loved it! Vanessa is an exceptional Centre leader, and is always there with a listening ear and welcoming smile. It's a really nice sized Centre, not too big or too small, and has a beautiful outdoor play area, garden and sandpit. The events throughout the year are also a great way for parents to engage with the Centre. Would certainly recommend!

My eldest went there from 2019-2023. The centre started off with amazing care for my child and his development. From around 2021 it just went downhill. No care, no developmental focus- it was by the grace of a few stand alone educators that got him to where he needs to be. Fast forward to my youngest going there from about 2021-2025; the care was at an absolute zero, the development was even worse. While other centres focussed on school readiness, Endeavour Early Education Kariong did absolutely nothing to prepare him for school. Other centres had regular Observation Reports - we got nothing. Other centres gave detailed breakdowns of what they did for that day - we got nothing. Ex staff of Endeavour often talk about the deplorable state of the centre, compared to every other one they've worked at, independently of each other. I've known other families who have had issues with poor treatment of their children ranging from poor care to lack of developmental care. It's a shame because EEE was once so highly regarded- to pay a premium in this economy for such a low service is a slap in the face to parents trying to do their best to provide for their children and to entrust that care to a provider shouldn't be met with such a lack of care.

Endeavour Education has been nothing short of amazing since my son started in August. Vanessa the centre manager has truly been helpful, kind and supportive. Along with the room leaders and the lovely educators I feel lucky to have found this great centre on short notice moving to the central coast. I have seen some negative reviews which is unfortunate but it certainly hasn't been my experience so far.

I am deeply concerned about the standard of care at Endeavour Early Education Kariong. The centre has consistently failed to provide adequate support for my nephew, who has additional needs. Children with additional needs require understanding, patience, and appropriate strategies, but the staff here have not demonstrated the ability or willingness to meet these requirements. On more than one occasion, my nephew has been unsupervised and even lost while in their care, which is a serious safety concern. Supervision overall is poor, and when issues are raised, staff members are dismissive and rude rather than collaborative or supportive. Families entrust their children to early education providers with the expectation of safety, respect, and inclusivity. Unfortunately, this centre has not met these basic standards. I cannot recommend Endeavour Early Education Kariong, particularly for families of children on the spectrum or with additional needs.

This centre is absolutely disgusting. They lost my friends kid for 2hrs and missed my younger brothers nappies all day causing him to get nappy rashes. I highly suggest you pull your kids out or consider not enrolling them for safety reasons.

I visited so many different daycare centres to find the right one, and was really happy when I came to Endeavour. Staff were so warm and welcoming, and the centre itself has great resources for all different age groups. The staff are really knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Overall this centre is doing an amazing job at what they do!
