The best centre on the coast! The educators are always so attentive to our families needs. Mel is a great director always helpful nothing is ever bother. The grounds are beautiful lots of outdoor space including gardens & even animals! Highly recommend!!

Staff have been amazing with my 3 year old lots of animals to engage with and a beautiful gardens with herbs and veg. Great experiences absolutely love it

Truely amazing childcare centre with caring, great wonderful staff. We have two children who attend the kindy. and communication to families is brilliant & we always feel we are well informed about both our children’s day. I cannot recommend this centre enough, care is outstanding. The facilities are truly outstanding.<br>The amount of events that are held throughout the year are just so great especially Easter, Halloween & Christmas celebrations. We are so glad that the annual centre Christmas party has recommenced at EV church it was wonderful to meet all the families. We have made many friends at Erina kindergarten.

We would like to say a special thank you to all the wonderful educators at Erina kindergarten. We are so very happy with the care we have received at Erina kindergarten to date. The educators are always so very friendly & welcoming & the amount of fun activities set up for the children throughout the day. The grounds are so incredibly amazing so much space & room to play complete with chickens, rabbits & parrots. We love all the updates we receive throughout the day via the app. I really love the programs at EK and the play based approached. My child loves attending. We cannot recommend erina kindergarten enough for families looking for exceptional care.

Erina Kindergarten educators are very friendly, warm and caring. I really feel that they are taking good care of my 3 year old son.<br>I also feel very connected to the kids with the app updating me with their food, naps, and nappies. I don't feel like I am missing out on them growing up on the days they attend because of the informative regular posts with pictures.<br>The centre is very clean, but warm and inviting. The decor and toys are so beautiful - it's nice that my boy got to play in the big outdoor areas.<br>Thank you to all the staff at Erina Kindergarten ! You're the best.

I would give this centre 0 stars if i could but it isn't an option. I wouldn't trust these people to look after a pet animal, let alone a human child. It was great when we first started here, but then there was a complete turnover of staff. They then increased the number of children in the 2-year-old room to close to 40 children, without warning or consultation with the parents, and everything went downhill rapidly. My child endured chemical burn nappy rash on a number of occasions due to being left in her own faeces for hours on end, when I raised my concerns it was suggested I was to blame due to my child's dietary intolerances. When I refused to be blamed the centre admitted that nappy changes take a long time due to the amount of children they have to change and that she could have been in a soiled nappy since the previous scheduled nappy change, which could have been in excess of 3hours. This centre utterly neglected my child's basic needs! I am so glad we are out of here, my only regret is that I didn't remove her from the centre earlier. My child is now thriving and funnily enough, she hasn't had chemical burn nappy rash since, despite her still having dietary intolerances.<br><br>EDIT TO YOUR RESPONSE. You know exactly who I am. Funny that you claim to not know who I am, however, I did not state where I am now sending my child in my initial review, which indicates you do infact know who I am. Classic Erina Kindergarten not admitting they are wrong, yet again. I'm glad you know what you should be doing, too bad it isn't what actually happens. The actual words out of management's mouth were "we've enrolled 40 but children get sick and we don't actually expect them to all turn up".<br><br>Interesting that you say you take privacy and confidentiality seriously, yet you had no issues publishing in your previous response where my child now attends care. Beautiful space to have young ones learn and grow, unique for the children to enjoy their day interacting with the rabbits, chickens and parrots.<br>Such a clean and well maintained facility, the staff are friendly, approachable and loved by all. Highly recommend this centre.

This place has the best grounds. Love what the owners have done to make it such a peaceful oasis for the kids

Some teachers are good very high turn over in teachers poorly ran only concerned about having as many kids as possible rather then make sure the kids are well looked after my son was bitten multiple times within the first few weeks and continued for the year he attended this school<br>My son had an accident at school and the faeces was sent home in the bag with his dirty clothes in all my years of having children in preschool I have never been so unhappy with other the care my child was receiving poorly ran school<br><br>Dear erina kindergarten I could add my enrolment details as a photo if you like you seem to pretend everyone who write a bad review is not real funny that instead of trying to better the environment for the children this is why it doesn’t change I am so happy my child got out of your school

I have been to Erina Kindergraten numourous times, the attention that goes into making it a place of enjoyment and safety for the kids is amazing. Thank you managment for the massive effort it would take to provide this.
