We moved our son to Uniting Condell Park after he was attending another childcare centre, and the difference has been amazing. Since starting here, he has absolutely thrived and become a completely different child in the best way possible. He is happier, more confident, and genuinely excited to go each day. The educators are caring, supportive, and truly make every child feel safe and valued. We have seen such positive growth in his learning, social skills, and overall happiness. As parents, it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is in such a nurturing and welcoming environment. Uniting White Dove has been like my second family. Whenever I drop off my kids, I feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. The staff communicate everything that’s going on so there’s no need to worry or wonder through the day. You’re the best guys!

This centre is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care radiating from the staff. The management and team are incredibly respectful, nurturing, and genuinely attentive to the children’s needs—right down to the smallest details. What sets this place apart is the leadership of the director, Tina. I have never encountered a director so deeply involved and loved by the children. She is hands-on in every aspect—changing nappies, patting little ones to sleep, cleaning up after meals, and always being present with a smile. She leads by example, and her genuine care shows in everything she does. The children adore her, and it’s easy to see why. This is not just a childcare centre—it’s a caring community where every child is treated with love and respect. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

My kids absolutely love coming to the centre. As parents we are very comfortable and feel our children are learning in a safe environment

My son was not accepted into this school because of 15 minutes. This is very unfair for my son . If you dont have a son you dont know

I enrol for my Son , they just see my Son 15 min and refused my application because they think that my Son has autism, before that I already put application in and accept the offer to come to childcare next week. So disappointed and it’s really unfair for my Son
