Very disappointing experience with ELO Victoria Point. We observed interactions in the 2-year-old room that did not feel respectful or caring.<br>Some staff communication also felt unprofessional and inappropriate, which did not give us confidence in the service.<br>We did not feel comfortable raising our concerns directly at the time, as the staff culture felt very close-knit.<br>Since moving, the difference has been noticeable, especially in the way children are spoken to and supported.<br>Based on our experience, we would not recommend. We also found some of the online reviews difficult to rely on, as at least one appeared to refer to more than one Early Learners service/location, and some reviews appeared to be from people connected with the service.

Both children have been enrolled here for over a year. Staff are professional and attentive. The centre is clean and well organized. Programs are age appropriate. Good communication through the app. Reliable service.

Been bringing my two here for about eight months now. Works good for our schedule since me and my partner both work full time. Kids come home happy and tired which is what you want. The cooking they do is solid, my boy actually eats vegetables there which never happens at home. No complaints, does what it needs to do.
