We have had such a wonderful experience with Story House. Our son started in the Penguin babies room. Before his start date, I was able to stay with him for a few hours in the room to be familiar with the new environment. Irene was very accommodating and we even stayed for lunch with my son. Within 2 weeks, we could see his improvement during dropoff and he's been increasingly more confident since then.<br><br>Also, a special thank you to his favourite past educators, Kristine, Raksha, Jojo, Alice and Nazneen who have always been supportive to his development. Even though he has moved to his new room, he would tell us about his past experiences, from activities like making volcano with Alice, learnings from Raksha such as no running inside the room, or Nazneen helping him in toilet, to simply saying he likes Jojo or misses Kristine during our storytime at bedtime.<br><br>We are also grateful for the regular updates they provide about his progress and daily experiences. Raksha's daily updates in particular was great in capturing their activities with meaningful photos.<br><br>Kristine and Raksha have both played a significant role in making our son feel safe during his time in Seals and Dolphins room. Aside from the app updates, they would also share some interesting stories during drop off or pick up which allows us to see his development in personality and confidence when interacting with other kids. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that he is well cared for and supported.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Story House. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. Our son has become more confident, independent, and always comes home happy after a day at daycare.<br>The learning activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we really appreciate the regular updates and communication from the team. It’s reassuring to know he’s in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment every day.

Wonderful team and couldn’t ask for more. Manager is patient and very helpful. Educators are all super friendly and give off such a happy vibe, so you can feel assured that the kids are happy and in good hands. I really appreciate the caring educators at Dolphin Room. They always remember to apply moisturizer to my daughter. We truly appreciate all the support and care from everyone in the team.

Best childcare we’ve dealt with, staff are consistent and provide the best care. We never have to worry whether our son is eating or drinking as the carers are so diligent! Highly recommended

I would absolutely give 5 stars. My little boy previously attended another childcare centre, and unfortunately, the experience was very difficult and resulted in him being in hospital for weeks. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Story House. Since starting here, he has settled in so smoothly with the educators, which has taken a huge amount of stress off our family. It’s been wonderful to see him growing every day, meeting all his milestones and thriving. A big thank you to all the staff for the love, care, and support they have given our son. We truly appreciate everything you do—I can’t thank you enough.

We are so happy with the care storyhouse Mascot have given our daughter since she moved to this centre. She is excited to go in the mornings and always comes home smiling. We particularly love the many themes and world events which are celebrated and the app updates about her day. Everything runs like a dream, excellent care and attention to detail by all the team, thankyou!!

I believe it's the right place for my little one. It's hard for kids to settle in a brand new environment without parents, especially during terrible two period. Educators at SHEL Mascot put lots of efforts to help each family. I have recommended SHEL Mascot to my friends. It's really a good centre with good educators. Lots of activities are designed for kids. Chef Norma prepares yum food every day. I can see the attachment between educators and kids. If possible, we hope to add more days in the future.

I'm very happy that my daughter can start her childhood life in the story house. My daughter is very happy here. Every morning when she arrives at the elevator door, she runs all the way. Every educator here takes good care of the children. When my daughter needs to train the toilet, they will tell me anything about my daughter in the kindergarten. For my daughter, they will also tell me about any changes and progress every month through the app. My daughter likes the food in this kindergarten very much and is very grateful to Noma. Every time I pick her up, I will ask her if she is happy in the kindergarten today. Her answers are all happy. There are many activities in this kindergarten, and my daughter has also learned a lot of different things. I'm glad that she can spend her childhood here.
