Thank you to all the educators at this wonderful kindercare centre in Rowville, who have looked after our sons over the last six years. Highly recommend attending this centre as it is safe, hygienic and nurturing. Our sons especially loved the varying lunch menu cooked by the superb in house chef!

Our son attended Silkwood Stars from the age of two to five years, and the care that he received was exceptional. Throughout our son's time, the educators have been supportive and caring and the environment encouraged both play and learning. The kinder program is brilliant- our son has transitioned really well into prep, all thanks to the educators dedication to fostering a love of learning.

The educators provide genuine, heartfelt care and it shows in everything they do. The educators at Silkwood Stars have obtained formal qualifications in the field of Early Childhood Education and respect the diverse social & cultural backgrounds of all children. They are able to use their knowledge of Educational theorists and the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF) to provide curriculums that encourage child to develop lifelong skills, promote their independence and agency.
We emphasize learning in small groups which enables a calm & quiet environment and one to one learning experiences
The bright, open, natural learning spaces and diverse learning experiences allow children to develop their social, emotional, physical, numeracy and literacy skills further building their self confidence in preparation for their transition to school.
