I toured Little Zak’s West Ryde and was beyond impressed with how clean, tidy, and well-organised the centre was. The learning spaces were beautifully set up with a wide range of quality resources. Every staff member we met was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the Centre Director, Lauren, was especially caring; she took the time to show us through each room and explain everything in detail. Our favourite part was the preschool room and the incredible variety of extra-curricular programs on offer. It’s clear the centre goes above and beyond for their children. We’re so excited for our little ones to join in 2026!

I don’t like the Adventures room (0-2.5 year). Each time i enter i see crawling age babies in educators cuddles but all the walking age kids are wondering around crying with runny noses there is no one to play with them or do any activity with them. unfortunately the ratio is 1 to 4 but there are few under 1 yr old babies who needs more care so there won’t be enough attention to other kids. Few times i saw babies putting stuff in their mouth or heating there head somewhere but no one was watching.
Hey Christine, Thank you for your feedback. We've looked into our records and unfortunately, we’re unable to locate you in our system as a current or past family. We also don’t have an "Adventures" room for children aged 0–2.5 years — our rooms are divided into 0–1.5 and 1.5–2.5 age groups to ensure each child receives the right level of care and support for their stage of development. At Little Zak’s, every age group follows a tailored educational program designed to nurture individual growth, support emotional development, and encourage learning through play. Our team ensures all children are engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day, and families can view real-time updates, including the purpose behind each activity, via our Kinderm8 app. We take the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in our care very seriously.
