My child attended Goodstart West Ryde since his age of 2. I'm so grateful for the love, care and dedication that all educators showed every single moment when my child's with them. My child had learnt and grew in such a safe and joyful environment. Thanks for every educator for the amazing work you do every day - it truly makes difference to our family!

My two kids all attended Goodstart West Ryde, both of them love the center and had a great time with educators. The play based learning is well programmed and ,as educators know each kid well, they also tailor the program to facilitate individual kid’s development. They are not the childcare center that reports kids’ activities and schedules every hour, but it’s the center kids come back home happily every day and you know they’ve been taken care very well.

My child attended Good Start West Ryde from the age of two until he started school. I was extremely impressed with Goodstart West Ryde. The level of care the educators provide is exceptional—they are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of each child. The centre maintains a welcoming, well-organised environment that supports learning, play, and positive social interaction. A particular standout is the Centre Director, whose leadership, professionalism, and communication create a strong sense of trust and confidence. Their commitment to high-quality early education is reflected in the consistency and enthusiasm of the entire team. Overall, Goodstart West Ryde is an outstanding centre, and I am grateful for the exceptional care and support they provide. Highly recommended.

Goodstart ELC West Ryde has been wonderful for our daughter. Suzan is a fantastic director who ensures the guidelines are clear, align with early childhood departmental standards, and is prompt with informing families on any key information. The educators are caring and supportive, and she always comes home happy and engaged. The mix of nature-based play with some use of technology gives her a well-rounded experience and helps prepare her for the primary school setting. We also really value the focus on emotional development alongside learning in a social environment, and has strengthened our daughter’s ability to adapt to change. It’s a warm and nurturing community that we’re very grateful to have been a part of.

My third child is currently attending Goodstart West Ryde. Her older siblings are 4 and 6 years older however Goodstart has many of the same staff as when her older siblings attended, which to me says a lot about their passion and love of what they do (and low staff turnover equates to a happy work environment). My daughter adores going to Goodstart. They are engaging, friendly, and very play based with education. We have been extremely happy from day one.

My little one certainly love this centre. The staff( Susan and Jessica) are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for my child. They have engaging activities that promote learning and social skills. The facility is a bit small but very well-organized, my daughter loves the outdoor playing and running with friends. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a safe and enriching place for their little ones !!!

From the moment we enrolled our son at Goodstart West Ryde, we knew we had found something special. The educators go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children truly thrive. Every morning, our son is welcomed with warmth and genuine care, making drop-offs smooth and stress-free. The activities are creative, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support both learning and social development. I love receiving updates and photos throughout the day — it’s clear the team is passionate about their work and treats each child as an individual. Most importantly, our son is always excited to go in the morning and comes home full of stories about his day. The peace of mind we have, knowing he is in such capable and loving hands, is priceless.

I could not recommend GoodStart West Ryde highly enough as a safe and nurturing place for your children. The team at GoodStart West Ryde have become an extension of my family. We enrolled my first child at GoodStart West Ryde over 7 years ago and have our second child in his final year of care and education at GoodStart before he commences primary school. Sending our kids to be cared for outside the home was a huge and scary step, but the team have been incredible to our children and our family. There is a deep care shown by the team, and a commitment to education and belonging for the children who attend. Under the leadership of Centre Director Suzan, there are some amazing educators who have played such a key role in raising my boys. Jessica, Mariah, Christine, Wendy, Jenny, William - to name a few. All incredible people with enormous hearts.

We moved to good start west Ryde last year after having a poor experience at a different centre. It has been exactly what I was looking for. The centre is all about engaging with the children’s interests and giving them guidance to learn through play. Every educator there is brilliant and cares deeply about each of the kids. It’s a real weight off my shoulders when I drop off my kids knowing they will be well taken care of and have fun while I am at work. When I’ve had questions or need to talk to someone about their development or behaviours I’ve really appreciated that the educators can offer me guidance and the wealth of their experience. I’ve also appreciated the transparency in daily ongoings at the centre and engaging activities presented for the kids
