Our son has been attending West Ryde Long Day Care for over 3 years now, and overall we have been very happy with the centre. Over the years, we have seen great improvements in both the quality of education and the educators, which has been wonderful to see as parents. The biggest positive for us has been the consistency of the teaching staff. Our child absolutely loves attending and has formed such strong bonds with his teachers, many of whom have remained the same over the last 2 years. That consistency and familiarity has made such a positive difference to his experience and development. We have also had very positive experiences with management throughout the years. Any matters we have raised have always been handled professionally, respectfully and responsively. One small downside in the past was that some casual staff members didn’t always seem like the right fit for the centre’s culture and standards. However, we have noticed significant improvement in this area, and more recently the centre has had a strong presence of consistent full-time educators. Overall, we have been very happy with West Ryde Long Day Care and feel comfortable and confident continuing to send our children there.

Really happy with this childcare, it was a change for our family and I’ve found it to be very friendly, supportive and encouraging creativity and interests for my child.

Both my sons attended/attend and all the staff over the years have always been so attentive. They organise so many activities and experiences for the kids they love their days there! Could not recommend the centre enough.

My older daughter started at the centre since she turned 1, she was so well looked after by the educators, like Laurie in the baby room. When she moved to up the older room, the connection between her at the younger room educators were still strong. Then the older room educators had all kinds of amazing activities for her to learn and have fun, specially the art lessons. My second daughter is now attending the centre after her sister moved up to school years. She is looked after again by the same educator Laurie at the moment and Angela. They are just amazing people, that you can trust them with your children. She is having so much fun everyday. If you are looking for a place for your child. I highly recommend this centre. We have such a positive experience with them, really important for working parents to feel no guilt when you drop off your child with someone else. Knowing that they are in good hands.

We couldn’t be happier with West Ryde Long Day Care. The team provides excellent care and genuinely goes above and beyond to support families. My child absolutely loves going each day, which says everything. We feel very lucky to be part of such a warm and nurturing environment. Highly recommend!

Have had my child Finley here since he was a year old and I was nervous about so many things being my first born. Turns out we were in amazing hands. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. They made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in and onwards from there. Every requests was accommodated for and not once did we feel anxious about the care. The attention to detail is exactly what you want. I am so happy with the whole team !! Thank you again!!

My son loves it, have tried so many different centres before but love the West Ryde Long Day care centre. Professional and attentive staff, rotational toys and art/craft activities keep children focused and excited. I am glad we have you in our suburb.

We have been at this centre for 4 years and I can't fault the care that has been given to my children. The educators take great care to foster the childrens' interests, providing varied learning and play opportunities with the right balance of structure vs free play. They supported me with ensuring a smooth transition for my youngest, leading to them settling quickly into care. The chef makes great food on site that the kids love to eat.
