From day one, you will receive no updates whatsoever through the Xplor app. At my previous centre, I received detailed daily notifications — nappies changed, sleep times, meals, photos, everything. This centre uses the exact same application, yet provides nothing. No transparency, no basic communication, no reassurance for parents.
What shocked me even more was their handling of incidents. My child came home with a visible bruise, and despite me requesting an incident report multiple times, they still have not provided one. They cannot deny something happened, yet they refuse to document it. It makes me seriously question what else is being hidden from parents.
For a centre that has only been established for two years, you would expect them to try harder — but unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism is far below even the minimum standard. I already have my notice in, and I will not be sending my child during the notice period based on what I’ve experienced.
