Here is what you can realistically expect if you enrol your child at this centre:
From day one, you will receive no updates whatsoever through the Xplor app. At my previous centre, I received detailed daily notifications — nappies changed, sleep times, meals, photos, everything. This centre uses the exact same application, yet provides nothing. No transparency, no basic communication, no reassurance for parents.
What shocked me even more was their handling of incidents. My child came home with a visible bruise, and despite me requesting an incident report multiple times, they still have not provided one. They cannot deny something happened, yet they refuse to document it. It makes me seriously question what else is being hidden from parents.
For a centre that has only been established for two years, you would expect them to try harder — but unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism is far below even the minimum standard. I already have my notice in, and I will not be sending my child during the notice period based on what I’ve experienced.
Parents deserve transparency, honesty, and basic respect, this centre has offered non.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns raised very seriously. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that we do not have any enrolment, attendance, or enquiry information that matches your name or the details described. For this reason, we are unable to verify that you have been a parent or guardian at our service.
We would like to clarify the following:
Our centre provides daily updates for each child, including routines, meals, learning experiences and photos. We have not received any concerns from families about missing information.
Our service has a strict Incident, Injury, Trauma and Illness Policy, and an incident report is completed every time an injury occurs, without families needing to request one. We have no record of any injury, bruise, or request for an incident report that matches your description.
We also have a Complaint and Grievance Policy in place to support families if they ever have concerns. Management has not received any complaint, communication or request related to the matters mentioned.
Our centre is equipped with CCTV for safety and transparency, and any concern raised would trigger a formal review.
As we cannot verify your identity or your connection to our service, and the information provided does not align with our documented records, we kindly request that you contact us directly so we can clarify any misunderstanding. Without direct communication, it is difficult for us to address or resolve the concerns you have raised.
