As first-time parents, I was quite anxious about sending My daughter to daycare. I visited several childcare centres, but none of them felt quite right until I found this one.<br><br>My daughter loves arts and crafts, and the variety of creative activities here really helped her settle in much faster than we expected.<br><br>The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, and they made her feel safe and comfortable from the beginning. Now she happily smiles when I pick her up every day, and we’re told she even sleeps for around two hours during her nap, which shows just how relaxed and secure she feels.<br><br>One thing we especially appreciate is how much the educators genuinely get to know each child. At pick-up, they always share little details about her day such as what songs she enjoyed singing, which activities she loved the most, and the sweet moments that made them smile. They also notice her unique personality, strengths, and interests, which makes me feel that she is truly seen and understood as an individual.<br><br>The centre is nice, clean and well maintained, the outdoor play area is fantastic, and there is such a great variety of engaging activities that keep the children learning and having fun every day.<br><br>As parents, it’s such a relief to know our daughter is in a caring, nurturing environment where she is genuinely happy. We feel completely confident leaving her in the hands of the wonderful team here and are so grateful for the love, care, and attention they give her every day. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a warm, supportive, and high quality childcare service.

We love Simba @ St Ives! My son started around 8 months, and as a first time anxious mum, it was quite a difficult transition. But the care and attention from Hanishka & staff has been outstanding, and has continued on. Big shout out to Miss Deepi for always fostering my son’s development and answering my many phone calls attentively!! 🥰

Simba has been incredibly supportive and welcoming towards my son. They have created a safe, nurturing environment where he feels comfortable, secure and accepted. This has allowed him to gradually build confidence and engage positively with the educators and other kids.

Simba St Ives has been a wonderful place for our daughter to go to! As recent migrants to Australia we were concerned about where we'd send our toddler. However after visiting multiple daycare institutions, it was clear that Simba St Ives was the place to be for us and her.<br><br>What I like most about Simba St Ives is the staff and positive environment. It's a happy place to be where the children are clearly looked after and engaged. All the staff from their wonderful Chef to the amazing Director are caring, nurturing and genuinely keen to see the children well looked after.<br><br>I'm glad to be a Simba St Ives parent!

The team have been wonderful at accommodating my now 2 year old from the baby room to the toddler room. He has several delays and they have been kind and caring in assisting him and coordinating with his therapy team. I would recommend the team as they have put a great level of care into my sons development.

We are so happy that we chose Simba ELC for our son. The staff are incredibly nurturing, caring and kind, they provide a very stimulating and thoughtful curriculum for the children, and the facilities are lovely. We appreciate the stability of staffing and communication at the centre.

The team at Simba are incredibly friendly, Emma has been amazing room leader settling my daughter into daycare. My daughter’s recent transition into senior preschool was seamless.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Simba. The educators are caring, supportive, and create a fun, safe environment where our daughter has grown in confidence and loves learning.
