Our family has had a wonderful experience with The Love Heart Early Education St Ives. The educators are caring, dedicated, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The centre provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. We especially appreciate the regular communication with parents and the variety of educational activities offered throughout the day. Our child looks forward to attending every day and has developed excellent social and learning skills since joining. We have been with the team since the Love Heart team took over the centre and they are a fantastic. Better than most for staff/child ratios, a wonderful team of educators, who are genuinely loved by our little one. Facilities are excellent. We are constantly updated with child development, and always feel we are valued as a family. Wouldn’t hesitate to give my recommendation to any parents looking for a placement for their little people.

My concerns were put at eased by the level of care and the staff at Love Heart. There were noticeable positive differences my child's interactions with the teachers and her peers, which we did not see before at other childcare centre. My child was able to feel comfortable in the new environment at Love Heart. Ms. Ivy is an exceptional caring, engaging and patient teacher to the kids. To the parents she is communicative, detailed and willing to assist /support our goals to ensure my child is school ready in time. Nikki is very easy/friendly to deal with and always willing to assist parents. It has been a great relief for us as parents to find a childcare that is caring, supportive and engaging environment, which allows our child to thrive and grow. We are grateful.

We enrolled our baby at Love Heart Childcare just before her first birthday, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. While it took a few days for her to adjust, the exceptional care provided by the team ensured a seamless and smooth transition. The educators proactively created a nurturing environment where she quickly felt safe, secure, and right at home. They consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of our daughter's individual needs and attend to them with genuine warmth and professionalism. We are thoroughly impressed by the variety of engaging activities that keep her busy, happy, and stimulated daily. Furthermore, the team excels at communication, always keeping us informed with detailed, reassuring updates about her day. The environment itself is super lively, vibrant, and welcoming. We love the strong sense of community cultivated through various special events, including fun Halloween dress-up days and the eagerly anticipated upcoming end-of-year Christmas event. This dynamic atmosphere adds an extra layer of enjoyment to our daughter's experience. Our baby is now highly confident and comfortable at the center and genuinely looks forward to attending throughout the week. We cannot recommend Love Heart Childcare highly enough. It has been the perfect choice for our family.

The environment is wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are very bright and well-ventilated. My baby love it. My mother and I visited several centers. In the end, we thought this one was the best. The most important thing is that the principal and the teachers are all very caring. The food is also good. Personally, I think the environment and the teachers' love are the most important.

We absolutely LOVE the The Love Heart Early Education Centre St Ives and couldn't be happier with the high quality of childcare they provide to our son daily. They came highly recommended by a friend at work and they managed to exceed all our expectations. Each morning my son is greeted with smiles & welcoming hugs, and each evening is sent home with a new art project or special treat, & memories of a fun filled day. He looks forward to spending time with Ivy, Viola and Nidhi as well as all the other children, and loves to tell me stories about his day. Highly recommend. Qualified, experienced educators. They are professional, patience, Knowledgeable and Passionate. Thank you, Ivy, the centre director, to help my son settle very well in that quick.

Shout out to everyone that this cc deserves every praise. We are more than impressed about the care, the communication, the infrastructure the centre provides. Every teach we met are kind and have strong sense of responsibility. Our daughter even wants to attend at weekend.

I highly recommend the love heart education centre since my son & daughter graduated from Turramurra centre. The whole team are qualify and experienced. Even Nikki just took over the business. The whole team working together hardly to bring the better and better education programing to the centre. The whole team be trusted, be respected. Great learning actives and programming, the kid is so happy and excited coming in the morning, and do not really want to go back home. Thank you the Love Heart team. My son and daughter have a wonderful & unforgettable childhood period. :)

Our son has been attending Kidz Prints for two and a half years and absolutely loves it. We’ve never had a day when he doesn’t want to go to Day Care. The staff are wonderful, always happy and caring and willing to provide any specific care we ask for our son, ie shorter naps etc. The centre itself is always spotlessly clean and the menu each day looks delicious with a wide range of different foods to encourage trying new things. We’ve also noticed a low turnover of staff over the years which is great sign of a happy environment. Would highly recommend Kidz Prints.
