We are glad that we found Lead ELC for our child. Leanne and the team have created an amazing environment for the kids! I’m particularly impressed by the team’s dedication ! Their ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents builds strong, trusting relationships. They show genuine care and commitment to each child’s well-being. They create engaging activities which my kid enjoys! I also appreciate how they listen to feedback and address any concerns promptly. There are a lot of exciting things always happening at the centre! It is such a great addition to St Ives community! My child feels happy and at ease with both educators and friends, which gives me great peace of mind. Thank you for your dedication, patience, and genuine care — it truly makes a difference!

We moved our son to Lead midway through this year and he’s only ever spoken highly of his experiences. Leanne and the team are welcoming, fun and communicative. The centre provides non-stop activities and experiences for the kids to keep them learning and entertained. There is a great community feel. You can see how well the staff truely care for the kids. Great value for money; would recommend to everyone!

The staff are very caring and friendly, they ensure the children’s learning needs are all met and dedicate their time to each child’s growth. We are so grateful to have found this daycare. The educators are incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming, and it really shows in how well our little one has settled in since starting here. The environment is always clean, safe, and inviting, and even the little details like how nice it smells make such a difference. We have also noticed amazing growth in our child’s development, picking up new motor skills and becoming more confident socially in such a short time. As busy parents, we especially appreciate that they offer breakfast, which has been a huge help to our mornings. Overall, we feel confident and at ease knowing our child is cared for in such a nurturing and enriching environment.

I highly recommend this place. The teachers are excellent, and the building, recently built, is very clean and well-maintained. My kids come home from playing here and say they want to come back again.
