Uma at little Tinkers in Deer Park puts in a lot of effort in supporting my children physically, emotionally and socially in her care. As a parent I go to work and University with a piece of mind that my children are in safe hands as their safety comes first for me. In my ongoing journey with Uma for before care, whole day care as well as holiday programs my children enjoy the indoor and outdoor programs and activities she runs. The cares and warmth Uma gives my children, transitioning was easy. Some of the qualities that I liked about Uma as an educator were firstly, Uma changes resources for children to play and suits the child's interest and point of need according to their age where they learn a lot through play. In addition, Uma makes sure that the children are fed well before dropping off to school as breakfast is very important for children and i appreciate this quality in her. Finally overall Uma is very approachable to communicate. Thank you, Uma, for the amazing care you provide for my children.

Uma is an excellant educator with years of experience. We were lucky to have found her. My child looks forward to his day care at Uma's. She has so many structured / non-sturctured activites and free play for kids. My child has learnt a lot. Uma provides such a loving and caring environment for kids, its like a family member looking after the child but with so much more experience and expertise.
