Lovely and supportive staff who always prepare varied learning and play experiences.

As a first-time parent, I was incredibly anxious about my child’s ability to settle and enjoy childcare. Green Leaves Merrifield instantly put me at ease. Their educators are both knowledgeable and incredibly caring.<br><br>Whenever I pick up CJ I receive updates on his behaviour throughout the day his naps and other activities he’s done along with how he reacted.

Very happy with both my kids being at Green Leaves Merrifield. The care is exceptional. All my requests and feedback have always been taken seriously and in a timely manner. The staff are attentive and have made my children feel comfortable and welcome in a short time frame. Special thanks to the educators (Maryam, Berkowie and Komal) in Tiny tots 2 for all the work they have made with my 2 year old ♥️ Nerrie is also a gem and always goes above and beyond to make learning fun and engaging. We are extremely happy with the care and service provided by the Greenleaves Merrifield centre. Our 3-year-old has had such a positive experience, and it is wonderful to see how happy and comfortable he is when going to childcare.<br><br>The educators Narinder, Ramandeep Kaur, Nerie, and staff Shanna Seala are caring, supportive, friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive to the children’s needs. We really appreciate the effort they put into creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment where children can learn, play and grow.<br><br>The communication with families has also been great, and we always feel confident knowing our child is in good hands. A big thank you to all the educators and staff for the love, care and dedication they show every day.<br><br>We highly recommend this childcare centre to other families. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for our little one! ❤️

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre! The place is always clean, welcoming and well looked after, and the educators are absolutely fantastic.<br><br>My son William loves going, and I’ve noticed such a positive change in him. The educators have really helped him come out of his shell, build confidence and feel comfortable in the centre. He has also developed such a lovely bond with all of his educators.<br><br>A special mention to Neri, Shayna and Simran, who always go above and beyond to make sure William is happy, cared for and having the best day possible. We really appreciate all the love and care they show him. ❤️<br><br>Highly recommend this childcare centre!

My son attended the centre for two years.<br>While the first year was okay, our experience during the second year became disappointing.<br>There were times when educators and management were supportive kind and friendly, which i do appreciate but unfortunately, the ongoing issues eventually outweighed the positives for us.<br><br>Communication was poor. Most days when I asked how my son’s day had been, I was simply told “he is all good.” I constantly had to ask basic questions about whether he had eaten, slept, or what he had done during the day. He would often come home hungry, very grumpy and tell me about incidents and complaints for other children that I had never been informed about. I didn’t see the learning progress I expected, and most importantly, he was no longer happy most of the days. He would come home without anything positive to say about his day.<br>Whenever I entered the room, it often felt chaotic, with little sense of calm or structure.<br>I was constantly seeing different educators in the room, without any communication or explanation about the changes.<br><br>I raised my concerns repeatedly and attended several meetings. I was ignored by the teachers, and given assurances from management that things would improve, but I continued to experience the same issues. I also personally felt that some educators and management showed closer relationships with certain families and children, which made me very uncomfortable.<br><br>What finally pushed me to lose confidence in this centre was an incident involving an educator that I believe was handled completely inappropriately. I immediately sent an email to the management, yet once again I felt there was no urgency or proper follow-up.<br>Whenever I needed to speak with someone, they were rarely available by phone, my calls were not returned.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed and have made the decision to remove my child from the centre.<br>This is just my own personal experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Green Leaves Merrifield.<br>My biggest concern is the lack of communication regarding my daughter's wellbeing. On one occasion, I was told at pick-up that she had been unwell throughout the day, was unsettled, refused food, and had red eyes, yet I was never contacted.<br><br>As a parent, I expect to be notified immediately if my child is unwell, not find out hours later.<br>I have also repeatedly asked for updates about her eating, drinking, and general wellbeing throughout the day, but these requests have not been consistently followed. The photo journal updates are often delayed and do not reflect what has been happening in real time, making it difficult to feel connected to my child's day.<br><br>To make matters worse, after raising concerns about my daughter's care, I received a message regarding fee payments that felt unnecessarily abrupt and threatening, stating that care would cease if payments were not kept up to date. While I understand the importance of paying fees on time, I would expect the same level of urgency and professionalism when it comes to communicating about a child's health and wellbeing.<br><br>Families trust childcare centres with what matters most to them. That trust depends on open communication, transparency, and knowing that your child is being cared for appropriately. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not feel those expectations have been met.<br>I sincerely hope the centre takes this feedback on board and improves its communication with families, because every parent deserves to feel confident that their child is safe, well cared for, and that they will be contacted promptly if something is wrong.

We've had a really positive experience at Green Leaves Early Learning Merrifield.The ECTs, educators, and all the staff are so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. The centre is very Spacious & beautiful , the staff are warm and caring, and communication has been great.
