Bee has been absolutely amazing throughout my daughter's transition into childcare. We had been waiting a long time for a place to open up, and from the very beginning she kept us updated and supported every step of the way. Knowing that my daughter had never been around other children or attended care before, Bee helped organise short visits so she could gradually get comfortable with the environment. Her patience, kindness, and understanding made such a difference. She quickly formed a lovely bond with Bee, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance as a parent. My four-year-old son started at this childcare centre today, and he was very happy and enjoyed his first day very much. The staff are caring and welcoming, and Bee, the manager, is very friendly and supportive. They made him feel comfortable from the moment he arrived.
