We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare center. The staff are caring, professional. The environment is safe, clean, it’s my second child that am sending to this childcare. I feel like my child is feeling comfortable and having fun with lovely educators and friends.

I would like to share my experience with this childcare. It has only been 3 weeks since I enrolled my daughter here, but I can already see very positive development, my daughter is talking more and becoming more confident. During the first week, I was quite worried and thought the teachers might call me to pick my daughter up early, but that didn’t happen. My daughter is happy here and is getting more comfortable each day. I would also like to give a special thanks to Mrs Rossy for all the advice and support, especially in helping me feel more at ease leaving my daughter. I previously had a bad experience with another childcare, so this support really means a lot to me. Thank you to all the teachers for taking such good care of my daughter

My Son is 3 and has only just started here and may I just say I have already seen a dramatic change in my son as he has special needs its been a bumpy road only because he is still transitioning and learning to adapt to a new environment im so impressed and proud at how well the educators are so organised and nurturing and caring they are towards the children they are very professional and are passionate at what they do I can never have been so happy the educators are so easy to approach and very understanding ... From management to all educators Well done team Montessori guildford you should be so proud of yourselves you are all amazing thank you so much for everything you are doing with my son i appreciate it so much its been such an amazing experience

Miss Safa really patient and caring she is kind my girl loves her,she always happy to explain and chating if something did not understand she speak Arabic i give her 5 ⭐️ all the staff are good and respectful really the centre clean and big smell nice 😊 .<br>I gave montessori 3 star cz of there policy’s<br><br>I have 100 hours from centrlink and i enrolled them 5 days a week , i thaught i am going to charge same price for every day<br>They charged me for only one day $85 for my gril room 3/4<br>And other girl room 2/3 $73<br>When i called them they said i have to send an email to them and this is the emial that I recived from them .<br>I dont want anyone to have this issue plzz be careful as they did not tell me before 😥<br><br>Hi Nessrine,<br><br>Thank you for your email.<br><br>Upon checking, you are eligible for 100 hours CCS per fortnight.<br>Please be advised that the session hours per day in our centre is fixed on 10.5 hours, therefore 105 hours per fortnight, which has exceeded your total CCS hours.<br>Hence, for the extra 5 hours every fortnight, you will be charged with full fee, no CCS is applicable.

This centre has caring educators who strive to make your child feel safe, cared for and nurtured. Not only do the educators work closely with you to get to know your child and family routines, but they also take a genuine interest in your child’s interests and strengths, supporting them in achieving their goals. As a primary school educator myself, I believe strong positive relationships are foundational, and the warmth I sensed from the staff convinced me this was the right place for my son because of their genuine commitment to care. My son is in the babies’ room, which has a maximum of eight babies. There is a separate changing and sleeping area, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. They also engage the children with Montessori resources that support their fine motor skills and overall development and also incorporate play based learning. Thank you to the babies’ room team—Miss Fatima, Miss Joanne, Miss Homer, and the many amazing educators. They truly go above and beyond! Thank you, Montessori Academy Guildford!

They rejected to keep my 3 years old child for whole day. Because my child was suffering with autism and their staff started making excuses that your child hit to other children and staff. But i knew they were lying 🤥

My children have been going to this childcare for now 3 years and I’m so happy that I trusted my children to come here. The educators have basically become family and I love how attentive and supportive they are not only to the children but aswell as to the parents. A huge shoutout to these educators specifically who have been a big part of my children’s education Miss Shikka , Miss Jamuna & Miss Safa I cannot thank you ladies enough and you will forever have a special place in my heart and my children’s. 🤍

We have had a wonderful experience with this childcare. When my son first joined the babies’ room, he was very shy and found it difficult to interact with other children. With the patience, care, and support of the educators, he has become more confident, active, and social. His communication has also improved significantly. A special thank you to Mrs. Fatimah and Mrs. Shaher for their dedication and for supporting my son’s growth and development.

The staff are extremely caring and considerate of all children . My daugther currently attends pre school there and had never attended any daycare prior. Shes an only child and struggled in the beginning with new surroundings . The staff made the transition seamless and my daugther loves attending every day . My son started in April this year and although I was hesitant at first, we’re now absolutely loving it. He adapted so well and really enjoys being there. His teachers, Fatimah and Shaher, are truly amazing role models for the little ones they go above and beyond for my son and every child in the class. They’re hands-on, fun, nurturing, and kind, while also teaching important skills and values. I highly recommend them. My son has come such a long way and every day he comes home with a new word, skill, or behaviour.
