I highly recommend this academy. It has truly become my daughter’s second home. My little one never wants to leave, even though she’s been there since the morning. The food is delicious, the staff are well‑trained and professional, and the games and activities are incredibly diverse. The place itself feels safe and comfortable. Because of their exceptional care, I feel completely at ease leaving my child here. Ms. RJ is onsite every single day, ensuring that any issues are addressed immediately. The center is bright, spacious, and clean; my child loves it here. The principal, RJ, is very dedicated and responsible, maintains regular communication with parents, and is very approachable. My child's teachers are also very responsible; my child really likes them. Thank you.

The centre is always clean, welcoming, and well-organised, and the daily learning activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned. Communication with families is also excellent, which gives great peace of mind. Knowing RJ as the Centre Director gives me great confidence in the quality of care and leadership within the centre. Little Zaks West Ryde has been fantastic. The teachers are attentive to the child's needs & give personalised comments during pickup. They also proposed special development plans to meet our goals. The center is clean and run very well. I feel like I can trust the teachers and the center director. We couldn't have picked a better place for our daughter.

RJ, the new Centre Director, has made an extraordinary impact in what feels like a short amount of time. From the moment you walk through the door, you notice it the centre just runs beautifully now. Everything feels intentional, structured and genuinely warm. It's the kind of place where you drop your child off in the morning and leave feeling completely at ease, not just reassured. The educator team deserves every bit of praise they get. They're not just doing a job you can tell they're genuinely invested in every child's journey. The way they engage with the kids is thoughtful, nurturing and full of energy. Whether it's structured learning, creative play or just being a comforting presence, these educators bring heart to everything they do. As a parent, watching your child thrive in that environment is the greatest reassurance you can ask for. I also have to give a special shoutout to the chef, honestly, an unsung hero of the centre! The meals being served are impressive. Fresh ingredients, balanced nutrition, and clearly prepared with real thought given to what children actually enjoy eating. My child comes home talking about lunch, which says everything! The overall atmosphere now is one of pride, care and community. The improvements speak for themselves, and the whole team deserves enormous credit for what they've built.
