We’ve had such a positive experience with the team at Melton South Early Learning. The educators have been so caring, patient and attentive to my son and it’s been wonderful to see how comfortable and happy he is with them each day.<br><br>A special thank you to Mitu, Roshan and Roma, who have all taken the time to get to know my son and genuinely care about his individual needs. As a parent, it means so much knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing environment where he’s built such lovely bonds with his educators.<br><br>We’ve seen so much growth in his confidence, learning and independence since starting, and we’re grateful for the love and support the team shows him every day. My child has been attending the service for the last 6 months, they have learnt a lot and could not recommend this place. The girls are very attentive to my child’s needs and very detailed about their day upon pick up. I love all the excursions the service also offers .

After months of raising serious concerns and being consistently ignored, I made the decision to remove my child from this centre. I followed the centre’s own complaint process in good faith. My concerns were not investigated, not addressed, and repeatedly dismissed. My daughter’s father was then issued a 12 month ban simply for asking for clarification about a policy. There was no warning, no procedural fairness, and no opportunity for him to respond. When I raised a complaint about the ban itself, that too was ignored for months. As a direct result of this decision, I was left solely responsible for all drop offs and pick ups while working full time and managing a broken foot. There was no consideration given to the impact this would have on my child or our family. There were also serious failures in care. My child was left with visible irritation and faecal residue after a nappy change, with no barrier cream applied. This is a basic duty of care. When raised, the owner refused to take accountability and instead attempted to minimise the issue by offering to waive a two week transfer period. Staff also crossed clear professional boundaries, including kissing my child on the face. This was not addressed appropriately until the matter was escalated and external intervention occurred. There is a consistent pattern of concerns being dismissed rather than addressed. While some educators were caring, the management demonstrated a lack of accountability, transparency, and willingness to engage with feedback. Staff turnover is extremely high, which raises further concerns about stability and continuity of care. The centre may meet minimum standards on paper, but based on my experience, there are significant shortcomings in both care and governance.

Can not fault melton south early school The staff are nothing but amazing and caring and nurturing to my child being a mum of four. I have been to quite a few daycare in the Melton area however have never found one that I’ve been completely happy with until I sent my youngest child to Melton South early I’ve seen my child become more confident learning new skills day by day love the program that Melton South are offering and how friendly all the staff and welcoming they have made me and my Couldn’t rate Melton South any highly absolutely one of the best childcare in Melton by far

Great Childcare and Kindergarten! My daughter has attended this centre since she was a toddler and is now on her last weeks before school. She has loved every minute of it, making friends and connecting with the educators. She feels ready to start school. The centre always listened to my feedback and they worked with me for the best of my child. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff also kissed my child on the face twice, which went unaddressed until the Department of Education intervened and policies were changed Staff turnover has been extremely high, with administration being the only constant. While many educators were lovely, the administration appears defensive and resistant to feedback. The centre meets the National Quality Standard, but based on our experience, that is clearly the ceiling for them. P.S. to the owner: don’t name my child in your reply like you did to the other parent. Respect children’s privacy and safety.

Review from a concerned parent after repeated safety incidents and a lack of meaningful engagement from the staff. Despite my professional attempts to raise concerns and seek improvement, there was no progress in ensuring a safe or enriching environment for my child. In just the last few days, my 4-year-old experienced two alarming incidents: • One day, he tripped and fell, resulting in multiple bruises across his face. • The very next day, he was bitten severely on the back by another child—so badly that he bled and now has a permanent scar. When I was informed of the biting incident by the centre director (Isfahan I guess her name is), I asked for an explanation regarding staff supervision. Instead of accountability or a plan to prevent future harm, I was offered the option to withdraw my child immediately—waiving the notice period fees. This response felt dismissive and deeply troubling. I expected a safe, nurturing space for my child to grow and learn. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the opposite.

Great place to play learn and grow. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The center is spacious with both indoor and outdoor spaces for kids play and activities.
