We have had a really positive experience with Woodstock Childcare Olympic Park.
Having experienced another well-known childcare centre before, I can genuinely say that the difference has been significant.
I believe that while facilities and the physical environment are important, what matters most in a childcare centre is the people who look after our children every day. A centre can have beautiful facilities, but what really makes a difference is whether the educators genuinely enjoy working with children and care about their wellbeing.
This is exactly what I appreciate about Woodstock Olympic Park. The educators here are all lovely, patient and genuinely caring. I honestly couldn’t ask for better educators.
When my daughter first started, the educators would send individual photos and updates to let me know how she was settling in, including how she was sleeping. These thoughtful little things meant a lot to me and made the transition much easier.
What I value most is that their care feels genuine. They pay attention to the children as individuals, and I can see that they put real effort into what they do.
As a working parent, being able to leave my daughter somewhere I feel she is genuinely cared for gives me great peace of mind.
I am really glad we moved to Woodstock and truly appreciate the educators and everything they do for the children.
A special thank you to Sammy, Christine, Anila, Rachel and Ale. We love you so much~

The centre is a kind and supportive environment, we like the fact that the centre has small class sizes and the children all interact and know each other. This makes transitions easier for the kids. It is cozy and a feels like a home and not a childcare centre.
We have been fortunate enough to have had some really special educators provide above and beyond support and kindness with our son who needed a little extra support over the last two years.

When we enrolled our son he was only 12mths and it was a very anxious time, but Samantha made us feel so supported and calm. She is an absolute asset to the centre with the kindest nature.

We have grown through the centre from baby room to now pre-school and I have felt so must trust in Samantha, and many of the other educators. It can be very scary to leave your child and not know how the educators are caring, are they loving, patient, kind etc but our son has been loved like one of their own. We absolutely love so many of the educators. It has been hard when staff move on but we have felt supported along the way.

My daughter started at Woodstock Child Care Centre full-time when she was just 11 months old. She learned to walk and talk here and has had so many special firsts. We’ve been really happy with her care.

It’s a small centre, but it feels warm and welcoming. The educators know every child well and take the time to understand what they need.

My daughter is very sensitive and has separation anxiety, so she needs lots of comfort and reassurance. The educators have always been so patient with her. Some mornings she cries a lot at drop-off, and they’ll post a photo of her happy face once she’s settled. It really helps me feel less worried at work.

I’ll never forget her first day. She was upset and spilled her lunch all over one of the educators, who still held her, comforted her and helped her eat. When she’s had a cough and struggled to nap, the educators have held her so she could sleep more comfortably and a little longer. As a mum, these little things mean so much.

I also love the updates on the app throughout the day. There are always plenty of clear photos, so I can see what she’s been doing and how much fun she’s having.

The children do lots of arts and crafts, outdoor play and fun games. I’m especially happy that there’s no screen time—just plenty of chances to play, learn and explore.

There were quite a few staff changes for a while, but things have been much more stable lately. I hope this continues, as familiar faces really help children feel safe.

I’ve recommended Woodstock to all my friends, and two have now enrolled their children. They’re really happy here too. They even chose Woodstock over a bigger, newer centre right near home, despite the extra travel.

Thank you to all the educators for your patience, kindness and care. It means so much to know my daughter is well looked after.

My son has been going to Woodstock since he was 7 months old, and we’ve been so happy with our experience. It’s a small, cosy centre that feels more like a second home than a daycare.

A special shoutout to Miss Sammy, who’s been with us since day one and truly is like a second mum to all the kids!

There have been quite a few educator changes recently, which can happen anywhere, but I really appreciate how management listened to parents’ concerns and handled everything so well. The new educators are lovely, and the kids have grown to love them so quickly!

I also love getting regular updates about my son’s development, interests and things we can work on together. It’s so much more than just childcare, and knowing he’s happy, loved and well cared for gives me such peace of mind.

So grateful to be part of the Woodstock family!

Childcare can be so hard to navigate as a new parent. When we were looking for our first child in 2023, we joined a few waitlists and toured several centres, but we instantly knew Woodstock was the right fit for us from the moment we walked through the door.
We value care, safety and a close-knit community, and that is exactly what we have found here. While many newer centres focus on large, modern facilities and expansive indoor and outdoor spaces (which absolutely has its place, don’t get me wrong), one of the things that drew us to Woodstock was its size and sense of community. We love that the spaces are smaller and interconnected, and with fewer than 40 children across the 0-5 age range, everyone have the opportunity to form relationships across different age groups.

We've now been part of the centre for more than two years and have both of our children attending. We are so grateful for the friendships they have made, the support we have received as parents, and the educators who have had (and continue to have) such a positive and lasting impact on our family.

You hear all sorts of stories about childcare from friends, family and even strangers, which makes us especially thankful to say that we head to work each day knowing our children are safe, cared for, supported and genuinely known by their educators - all while learning and having fun.

There is nothing better than finishing work and arriving at daycare to find your child happily playing, smiling, and not quite ready to leave because they have had such a wonderful day.

Google reviews can show both the very best and the very worst experiences, so I hope this review helps other parents feel a little more confident and at ease when choosing childcare. We could not speak more highly of the team at Woodstock.

Our children absolutely love their Woodstock family, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a caring community.
