We enrolled our 2-year-old at Mini Masterminds Wentworth Point less than six months ago, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our little one settled in within the first month, thanks to the warm, caring educators and the supportive environment they create. It’s clear the team genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in how engaged and happy our child is every day. We’ve already seen so much growth—socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The activities are fun, educational, and thoughtfully tailored to each child’s stage of development. We feel confident dropping our child off each day, knowing they’re in great hands and learning so much. The daily updates and photos are a highlight for us—they brighten our day and help us feel connected to what our child is experiencing. A massive thank you to Mr. Michael, the centre director, for his exceptional care and personal involvement in helping our child settle in. His hands-on approach made a world of difference to us. We’re also incredibly grateful to Miss Teagan, Miss Anshika, and Miss Upama for their kindness, patience, and ongoing support. Each of them has played a meaningful role in our child’s early learning journey, and we truly appreciate the love and effort they bring every day. We highly recommend Mini Masterminds Wentworth Point to any parent looking for a nurturing, high-quality early learning centre!

Terrible. I had two kids under their care. They were not in safe hands. Management is terrible!

My child now goes here for a year now but since Mr Michael came on board we have seen a massive positive shift. The team of educators has grown substantially and everyone is much happier. The communication and organisation has improved. Mr Michael is also always on site and helping. The kids enjoy structural learning and we are getting more frequent updates and picture on the app. Really happy with how things have been turned around within the last couple of months!

I would like to appreciate the current centre director Michael McGrath, as he has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with this centre since he joined. There are noticeable changes, particularly his initiative to create a little garden and stay for a long time to give the parents a chance to communicate and provide input. However, there is always room to improvement, continuous training in modern childcare techniques, inclusive education, and effective parent communication could further strengthen the team’s effectiveness. Regular upgrades to outdoor play equipment and classroom resources would enhance the overall learning experience, including the indoor play equipment’s frequent safety check. This centre is highly recommended due to its well-structured indoor and outdoor spaces and its compassionate and kind educators; Miss Tegan, Miss Upoma, Miss Anshika, Miss Winnie, Miss Popy, and Miss Angie are named a few. I should recognize Miss Eileen, the Assistant director who is always open to listen any query with her lovely smile. I wish this centre and its staff all the best, and I am grateful for the love and care they have given to my little child.

We have seen a huge improvement in Mini Masterminds at Wentworth Point over the past several months. The overall service and processes have greatly improved, making it an even better environment for both children and parents. Communication has become much clearer, and we now have much better visibility into what’s happening at the centre. The staff are more proactive, updates are more frequent, and everything feels much more organized. It’s great to see the positive changes, and we truly appreciate the effort the team has put into making this a fantastic childcare centre. Highly recommend!

I would like to share my experience with Mini Masterminds WWP, which had been deeply disappointing. Firstly, the high teacher turnover rate was concerning. Communication with the centre had also been problematic. The major concern was the bullying by other children. Despite raising this issue, it seemed there was inadequate monitoring and response to these situations. A few incidents were deeply disturbing. This lack of effective oversight resulted in my child feeling unsafe and anxious. Since moving my child to a new childcare centre, the improvement has been remarkable. My child is noticeably happier and more engaged, and the new centre does not face the issues we encountered previously. My son was at MMM until Nov 2023 - posting a review now as I had been considering complaining formally to the DoE about the inadequacies at MMM, Wentworth Point.
