Nomination for: Sonali Chaudhary — Guardian Childcare<br><br>I would like to formally nominate Sonali Chaudhary for the Aspires Awards in recognition of the outstanding care and dedication she has shown my son, Kendrick, throughout this year.<br><br>Kendrick consistently mentions Sonali when I ask about his day at the centre, which speaks to the positive impression she has made on him and the meaningful role she plays in his experience there. I have also noticed her professionalism and warmth firsthand at drop-off and pick-up, where she consistently offers a genuine, friendly greeting and takes the time to share positive feedback about Kendrick’s progress.<br><br>Having previously enrolled my older son at other childcare centres, I can say with confidence that this level of attentiveness and consistency is not common. Educators such as Sonali are invaluable to the reputation and quality of an institution, and I believe her contribution deserves formal recognition.

The best childcare we could have asked for! Staffs were all so lovely, everything was spotless and organized. Most importantly our daughter absolutely loved her time there. She settled in so well and not a single tear❤️❤️

We couldn’t be happier with the care our two children receive at Guardian Childcare Tarneit Grand Central. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. I just wanted to say Teagan and Steph are absolutely amazing they are so nurturing and caring for my child and every other child they are welcoming and friendly I am new to the centre and I feel so comfortable leaving my child there thank you so much for all the efforts and love you governor my child when I am at work ❤️

My experience in this childcare is so far so good . Good and warm educators and wonderful chef . Would recommend to others .

Incredible staff and care.

We have had a WONDERFUL experience at Guardian tarneit Grand Central. The educators are caring, organised, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. The team made my son feel comfortable and settled in very quickly, and their support throughout the transition was amazing. The management team is fantastic with communication 😍<br><br>A special mention to the chef, Sandra, who prepares fantastic meals every day that my son absolutely loves!<br><br>It gives us great peace of mind knowing he is happy, well cared for, and enjoying nutritious food. We highly recommend Guardian Tarneit Grand Central to other families.
