After a traumatic experience at a previous childcare center, my child was terrified of big groups of children and classroom settings. We tried multiple centres, and Goodstart (Heaths rd) was the only place that successfully helped my child to regain her trust and feel safe again.<br><br>The team was incredibly supportive during the orientation process, taking the time to ensure we were completely ready before the first official day. We are so grateful!

Goodstart (Heath’s road), an amazing Childcare Centre. Right from the enrolment process, where the Centre Director, Miranda who is was amazing person, friendly, professional and ensures that she makes you feel welcome as a family at the centre. It looks like she is passionate about her role, knows her job well and this is evident from the way she lets things out in the open and is honest about the centre and the way it works. Also my son didn’t seem to settle in the Nursery room on our first day, so she offered to try the Toddler room instead (as he was close to moving there soon anyway in 2 months) and this made it so much easier as he loved the room, the outdoor play and the educators in that room. Through the 2 orientations for my son until now, she made sure that there are educators catering to children in the room, especially with new children joining in, to make them feel close to family and giving them lots of warmth and cuddles. Later, she got me assisted by Margaret (Admin), who is very calm, composed and makes the enrolment process look easy, with the way she communicates and goes step-by-step through the process, without hesitating or repeating the questions when asked making things clear and transparent.<br>I would like to add a special note to thank Shubhdeep, Debby and Jagroop (educators in the Toddler room).<br>It was heartbreaking to leave my son in the room for him to get used to. However, Shubh and Jagroop were so amazing with settling my son that he immediately built an attachment with them as they were trying to divert his attention in multiple ways, which suited my son.<br>Shubhdeep, especially held his hand and took him all over the outdoor play area with bubbles in her hand. He loved it and started interacting with her, getting extremely comfortable and enjoyed reading books with her.<br>On pick up, he hesitated and wanted to continue play and when I asked him “Do you want to keep playing with Shubh?” He immediately smiled and said “Yeah!”. I was elated to hear him say that. It showed that they have been truly trying to make an effort, to make the children acclimatised to the environment that they are in and get the warmth and comfort, equivalent to their home.<br><br>Thank you Goodstart Early Learning, Heaths Road.

Our child has thrived here, developing so much socially and emotionally. The daily updates and photos are all being updated in the app give us so much peace of mind while at work. My daughter has been going to Goodstart Heaths Road for over 3 years. She started in the nursery room and now in the kinder room. She loves all the educators and has so much fun learning and socialising everyday.

We couldn't be happier with Goodstart. Our son Ryan has been attending since he was 9 months old and the difference in his confidence, social skills and communication has been amazing to watch. The educators genuinely care — they know him well, greet him by name every morning, and take the time to share updates on his day at pickup. The daily photos and learning updates through the app keep us connected even on busy workdays. The centre is always clean, well-organised and full of engaging activities, and the transition process when he started was handled so thoughtfully. Goodstart Early Learning Hoppers Crossing on Heaths Rd have been there from the start for both my children. Throughout the years the kind team at the centre; from the Educators, Reception staff, Cooks and other children have all been welcoming, inclusive and overall understanding of my children's needs. The will power of all the stuff to help and encourage my two very expressive children to be happy and comfortable whilst attending the centre. This in its self has been something that has really helped eased my mind knowing my children are safe in all aspects of their Early childhood.
