Just called to ask if they have any availability, she just kept the call saying not at this stage bye bye even before I ask about waiting list or can we come check out the place. Never had that experience with anyone before.

I've been a very greatful happy customer at little steps academy for almost FOUR AND A HALF YEARS , most parents at the centre have been there for years too THREE of my kids have attended three it literally is the BEST centre in the area in every way , I find it disgusting that one NEW family that little steps went out of theyre way to cater too are now disgruntled after they refused to pick up they're VERY sick screaming BABY and were very rude to the staff , the centre would have every right to deny further service to people like that and its extremely unfair that said family are now leaving uncalled for untrue defamatory reviews on little steps , that centre are so wonderful I literally love all the staff they care for the children like family with upmost love and care and go out if they're way to help where ever they can , as I said I've Bern there for 4 and a half years and I've never ever had an issue whatsoever with the staff or care that they provide and neither has any other regular family at the centre , these people leaving these derogatory unjust reviews need to grow up and move on .

Hi Angel, Thank you so much for your kind words. It’s been a pleasure having you and your children (ours when they’re here) be part of our service. We will not be disheartened by a few words said by these people as we value and put value into our service. We will ALWAYS put the children first ☺️

Hi Poly, It’s very concerning that weeks and months after the fact you feel the need to return back to this topic and leave yet another review making it two between you and your husband. Please see below same reply to your husband which also applies to you… Hello, We have had a waitlist for the past 3 and half years since we have opened. You and your wife came on multiple occasions asking and ‘begging’ us for a position for your baby. You even approached our staff during their personal time at the shopping centre local to us. We have told you on multiple occasions that we do not have vacancies and you said that even if we have 1 day you would be willing. Your wife even approached us saying you will do anything for a position and “pay anything”. It just so happens that the 4th time that you came to our service a child had moved away and we had a vacancy on a Tuesday. You said you will take this immediately and you completed the enrolment form then air there. We even notified you of the $250 non-refundable (non-refundable means that it will not be refunded as the title suggests) via face to face AND email which you agreed on. We even have emails confirming that you are on the waitlist for the other two days you required which we didn’t have which we still have proof of. Upon your child’s first day we notified you that we will let you know how he goes throughout the day which we do for all new children starting. Your child was hysterical, did not eat or drink, sleep or play for the whole duration of his first day. We called you informing you of this situation and you brushed us off saying that you cannot pick him up because you were working. We let you know that this is neglect on our end if we do not notify you. You refused to pick him up until we told you that you HAVE TO pick him up. We do not like and can’t see any children in our service in this condition. This also happened on his second day. Your wife came into our service the next week and demanded that we DO NOT CALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES because she is going to work. This is neglect. Your son was even worse during his second day which is normal for any new child starting out. For all new families we always suggest picking their children up earlier for the first few days of attendance. These are our values and our practices as a service and this is discussed upon enrolment and during their first few visits. You attacked our educator Miss Nohara via email and over the phone. You emailed us saying that you DEMAND 3 days as promised (which was never promised as we cannot physically do that). You also wrote in email that we MUST cater to your son from 9-6 and that we cannot call you moving forward. We called you to tell you that unfortunately we will not be able to provide these days for you and we are willing to wave off the two week notice period for termination of enrolment so that you can find a service that can cater to these days you require. You became verbally aggressive towards our staff and you said “make it work” and “fit him in”. You basically asked us to break the law for you and go over our licensed capacity of 21 children per day so that we can cater to you. After we told you that we could never do this and you’d just have to wait for a position you became even more angry and demanded that we refund the non refundable enrollment fee of $250 to you. This fee as stated to you at the very beginning is a fee that secures your spot with us at our service. This fee was implemented this year after long deliberation because it allows us as a business to ensure we do not have a loss when a parent enrolls with our service and then decides not to show up on the child’s first day. You continuously emailed us (over 10 times) and after we told you that this was our policy and there was nothing we can do you yet again became verbally aggressive and rude which we then asked you to stop contacting us moving forward and wished you and your child well in your new service.
