Just called to ask if they have any availability, she just kept the call saying not at this stage bye bye even before I ask about waiting list or can we come check out the place. Never had that experience with anyone before.

I've been a very greatful happy customer at little steps academy for almost FOUR AND A HALF YEARS , most parents at the centre have been there for years too THREE of my kids have attended three it literally is the BEST centre in the area in every way , I find it disgusting that one NEW family that little steps went out of theyre way to cater too are now disgruntled after they refused to pick up they're VERY sick screaming BABY and were very rude to the staff , the centre would have every right to deny further service to people like that and its extremely unfair that said family are now leaving uncalled for untrue defamatory reviews on little steps , that centre are so wonderful I literally love all the staff they care for the children like family with upmost love and care and go out if they're way to help where ever they can , as I said I've Bern there for 4 and a half years and I've never ever had an issue whatsoever with the staff or care that they provide and neither has any other regular family at the centre , these people leaving these derogatory unjust reviews need to grow up and move on .

Bad service... lady was very rude and commitment issue

Very bad service. They committed us to provide 3 days / a week and asked $250 non refundable. They gave us 1 day / weeks for first weeks and said will manage. Later Nohara said they will try for 3 days but not sure when I already paid 250. We already managed in our job depending on their words. I have asked them several times of availability of 3 days, they told me, first week they will give 1 day and from the following week they will provide 3 days. We have 3 days / week job. They take the money non-fundable $250 ( which is highest ) saying they will give you 3 days and will give you one day so that you change the child care, and they keep 250. Even after attaching my receipt $250, I have reconfirmed by email to them saying that “ as we both agreed of getting 3 days / week in the centre” even after that they didn’t say they can not do 3 days. I was very clear from the beginning. Nobody provide child care for 1 day where they have 3 days job. I kept email proof as evidence. That’s very unfair to us. If you committed to provide 3 days and you know you won’t, you never receive money from parents. After I have asked then to refund my $250 if they can’t manage 3 days, they denied and said it’s their policy. If they know they can’t provide 3 days they SHOULD NOT take money. I have to go another child care they charge me only $20 enrolment me and gave 3 days. After putting this post they called me me and threatening me saying that they will call the lawyers, department of education, Fair trading etc. bla bla. Even that is also very rude. Very rude behaviour from them instead of apologise. If you can’t provide 3 days don’t enrol and take money from the parents please. These are our hardly earned money. Also you are charging the enrolment fee many times higher comparing to other 3 child care in Lurnea, that’s also not fair for the parents.

My kids have been at this centre for almost 3 years , the staff are very helpful , the centre itself is kept very clean , safe and maintained with the latest learning equipment and continually updated , the menu is healthy and delicious, my kids prefer the food at the centre rather than home 🤣 . It's conveniently located in a nice quiet safe street , my kids love the centre and the staff , I recommend little steps academy to anyone .
