We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support Sienna has received at this childcare centre.

As first-time parents, sending our daughter to childcare was a big adjustment for us, especially during the first few weeks when she struggled to settle in. It was heartbreaking seeing her cry, but the lovely educators have been so patient, caring and understanding throughout her journey.

A special thank you to all the lovely educators in Nursery 1 for treating our little girl with so much love and kindness. It gives us peace of mind knowing she is in good hands while we are at work.

A very special thank you to, Shahfiyah, Samantha, Gween, Sumati, Jenny and to all the wonderful educators who care for our daughter every day.

We have had a really positive experience with our childcare educators, particularly Shafiya, Samantha, Carmela and Alicia. Each of them has made a genuine effort to build a meaningful connection with our children and our family, and this is something we truly value.
* Shafiya is always warm and welcoming. She makes an effort to greet us personally, engage with Jiana and share little observations about her day. Her friendly and reassuring approach makes drop-off and pick-up feel comfortable.
* Samantha shows a genuine interest in Jiana and takes the time to notice her personality, interests and development. We really appreciate her detailed feedback and the extra effort she makes to keep us updated on Jiana’s day. One thing we particularly appreciate is that Samantha remembers and uses parents’ names when speaking with us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it makes us feel recognised and genuinely welcomed. This is not something we commonly experience, and it makes a real difference.
* Carmela is very attentive to Emi and takes the time to notice the little things about her. We appreciate that she remembers what Emi enjoys and shares specific observations about her interactions, activities and interests. It gives us the feeling that Emi is genuinely known and understood.
* Alicia is particularly thoughtful in her communication and consistently provides detailed feedback at pick-up. We really appreciate her taking the time to tell us what Emi enjoyed, the activities she participated in, how she interacted with others and any notable moments from her day. This detailed verbal feedback is something we genuinely value, as it gives us a better understanding of her experience and helps us feel at ease.
We believe the positive qualities we see in the educators are also a reflection of the strong leadership, support and positive culture created by the Centre Manager, Theresa.
Keep up the wonderful work! Thank you.

My son is in the pre-kindie room and has a medical condition he has epilepsy. He has a management plan and the educators jumped straight into action. As soon as my son started having a seizure they followed the management plan down to a T they continued to give him care until myself and the ambulance arrived. I cannot speak highly enough of this service. It is simply amazing educators are wonderful.
