While back on picking up time,Our baby was given another baby’s pacifier in her mouth and her own one given to another Baby, when asked staff why, said oh ok, she had no explanation or emotion looked a bit amused, she the staff didn’t think that was a problem by the way she reacted, for us it was upsetting and a possible cross contamination health issue if the other kid possibly had Some sickness possibly passing on to our perfectly healthy baby, soon after we stopped using this place.

Our son came to this centre for his final kinder year and thrived. The kinder teacher is very experienced and really good with the kids. He was well prepared for prep.

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism by the management. Tiny Treasures told me that they had 5 days availability for my children, so I gave notice to their previous childcare. And once I went in to finalise the enrolment they said they only have 2 days available. I am a single mother with work and study responsibilities and now I’m stuck running around trying to arrange care for my children because of their management miss leading me and giving me false information. This is not on, and don’t expect honesty from this centre.

My son loves it here 👍🏽 the staff are friendly and child care works are passionate. I would recommend this child care to other parents. Cheers from Bradley’s dad

If there is zero option I will definitely choose that. Management was awful. My child had a horrible experience. I paid full amount even if my child was at the centre for two hours which by the way they insisted she only stay two hours and I found out that orientation should be free. Not recommended stay away from this centre. Its just all about the money for and the administration needs to take another course on how to deal with parents and children. Update: I’m adding to my post since there was a reply below from the centre. I’m obviously not going to give my real name since I know you will be attacking me just how you did when I confronted you in the past. This is not a fake comment. You wouldn’t bother to be spiteful with your reply if it’s not real. Chang you’re attitude woman or get a new manager for your centre if you want to keep it afloat! To those who are thinking of going here, just be mindful and trust your instinct.
