I am beyond grateful for the amazing care my son receives at this daycare. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and kindness from everyone made us feel right at home. Director Farah is so kind-hearted, and her genuine passion for the kids shines through in everything she does. My son's room leader, Miss Kira, brings such positive energy to the babies' room, creating an environment full of joy and comfort. I can always tell my son is in great hands with her. And Miss Pallavi has been such a comforting presence, reassuring me with the love and care she shows my baby boy. I truly feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful daycare, and I know my son is thriving here!

Programs

Mini Masterminds sees innovation as a driver for development in our Minis. The inclusive extra-curricular activities encourage diversity and inclusion, ensuring every Mini feels accepted as they play and learn.

Our Minis have access to the latest equipment to encourage creative free play and holistic development. All activities are included as part of the daily fee, including:

Sports Program: For our Minis aged 3 and up, the centre offers the ‘Mini Champions’ sports program. This encourages our Minis to gain fitness regardless of their athletic ability, and helps build self-esteem and confidence.

Language Program: Our Minis are taught languages from native speakers at the centre, further developing and strengthening their cognitive function, problem-solving skills and cultural awareness.

Cooking Program: Our Minis can take part in the ‘Mini Chefs’ cooking class, a fun hands-on class that encourages our Minis to experiment in the kitchen while learning about basic cooking techniques and smart food choices. These classes teach kitchen safety, food preparation and proper food handling practices.

Yoga Program: Each week our Minis aged 2 and up take part in ‘Mini Yoga Club’ at the centre. This practice is associated with learning, memory and regulating emotions, and it helps children learn positivity and self-acceptance.

Regular Excursions: The children can extend their learning outside of the centre by taking part in excursions. Some examples include the Easter Show and visiting local parks for a picnic day.

In-House Incursions: Special visitors to the centre can share a wealth of knowledge with our Minis, as they can learn, discover and explore new and exciting things. Some incursions include native wildlife and reptile visits, petting zoos, dentists visits and cultural exploration with visits from Indigenous artists.

About the curriculum

About the curriculum

In addition to the national curriculum, Mini Masterminds is proud to have developed a bespoke curriculum in consultation with well-regarded Early Childhood Teacher, Jacob Camilleri.

Central to this is a unique Prep School Program which exposes children to the NSW Foundation Font. It also focuses not just on the Early Years Framework but also the Early Stage 1 curriculum. By merging the Pre-school and Kindergarten lessons, our Minis will have a head start when it comes to their formal schooling.

The focus of the curriculum is on play-based learning, which ensures each child develops, understands and takes responsibility at their own pace. The centre does away with the dated early learning methods of set lesson plans. Instead, it embraces individuality, personal growth and current abilities, allowing each Mini to comfortably develop in a warm, secure and supportive environment.

The centre’s programs allow for the children to move freely around the activities, making their own unique choices, while ensuring that all key learning areas are promoted and explored. The overall aim of the curriculum is to develop our Mini's independence, while fostering confidence in communication and learning.

To all parents, I’m beyond frustrated with how this centre has handled my child’s enrolment and payments — and I feel the need to warn others so you don’t go through the same mess. I enrolled my son for just two days a week, and after three weeks, they added a third day without ever asking or informing me. They went ahead and started charging me and claiming CCS for a day I never agreed to — and this went on for four months! Then, I gave the required four weeks’ notice and withdrew my son, thinking that would be the end of it. But to my shock, they never cancelled the enrolment on their end and continued to charge me even after my child stopped attending. This is not just careless — it feels dishonest. I contacted the management and was told the issue would be fixed and I’d get a refund. That was five months ago. Since then, I’ve sent countless follow-up emails, made weekly calls, and every single time I get ignored, dismissed, or lied to. Nothing has been resolved, and I still haven’t seen a cent of the money they owe me. This experience has been exhausting and completely unacceptable. Parents, please be extremely careful dealing with this centre. Watch your invoices like a hawk, and don’t take anything at face value. I will keep pushing until they return the money that’s rightfully mine

0 STARS if I could. I attended a 30-minute orientation and was very concerned about the safety and supervision at this centre. The floors were messy with sand and food, and educators did not appear to consistently clean up after the children. There was 1 Educator in the Toddler room who stayed in the Toddler room with 5 toddlers and she seemed well trained and engaged. She was of Asian background. Outside- I observed children running on wet surfaces, taking their shoes after being told not too, and disrespecting instructions. This chaos lead to collisions where I saw 4 kids bump heads! with Educators then turning around asking "What happened". I witnessed physical bullying among 4 year-olds and 2 year olds that was addressed late and with minimal intervention. 2 year olds who can barely put a sentence together are being pushed and sworn at by older kids! Within those 30 minutes, I observed three children being bullied with no apparent consequences, and educators did not maintain authority or ensure the safety of all children during this time. The playground is large with blind spots, making supervision difficult (And no camera's don't help!). The staff failed the wellbeing and safety of those 3 toddlers that day. The staff-to-child ratio appeared insufficient, and staff lacked effective communication with each other, often focusing on unrelated conversations rather than coordinating care. If you want to send your child here… stay and observe the Educators and kids. Don't be fooled by this centre's vast playground and new amenities. I'm sorry to the parents whose children was affected. This childcare failed them. No defamation here- just facts. Update: They also refused to refund my $200 deposit. (Bear in mind, my son never attended the centre—only the orientation.) I ended up filing a chargeback through my bank and got my $200 back after a couple of weeks. Just a heads-up—be careful not to get scammed out of $200 on orientation day.

Absolutely terrible hygiene and supervision. I picked up my 19-month-old and she was leaking poop through her diaper — staff claimed they change every two hours but clearly didn’t. They changed the diaper only after I asked, but left her in the same dirty clothes. While I was there, toddlers were walking and playing inside the toilet area, touching the toilet seat, and one even put something from the toilet in their mouth! The educator was busy chatting and doing another child’s hair instead of supervising. The centre is always short-staffed, with no manager on site and casual staff who don’t seem to care. Would never recommend sending your child here.
