We absolutely love the Navigators Room at Mini Masterminds. Radhika the head teacher and the other educators Dini, and Asma are so kind, caring, and supportive. They always make us feel welcomed and keep us updated on our child’s learning and development. It’s wonderful to see how happy and comfortable our child is each day. Hi, my name is Yolanda and I’m the Centre Director at Mini Masterminds Schofields. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where children can develop confidence and a love of learning from an early age.
At Mini Masterminds Schofields, we pride ourselves on offering a warm and welcoming space for every family. Our team of dedicated educators works closely with children and their families to build strong, trusting relationships and deliver personalised learning experiences tailored to each child’s individual needs.
We believe that learning should be engaging, meaningful, and fun. That’s why our program includes a variety of incursions, excursions, and hands-on learning opportunities that spark curiosity and encourage discovery. From our play-based curriculum to our carefully designed environments, every part of the centre is focused on nurturing your child’s development.
Yolanda leads with heart, experience, and dedication - ensuring that every child at Mini Masterminds Schofields feels valued, supported, and excited to learn every day.

Grounded on the knowledge that each child develops at their own pace, we have designed a dynamic curriculum centred around the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) – Belonging, Being and Becoming. Our early learning curriculum helps stimulate our children’s development by exposing them to various activities and following up on their individual interests. By encouraging our Minis to speak up and through embracing their unique ideas, we can help them grow into smart, confident and capable individuals.
At Mini Masterminds, we set ourselves apart by offering a unique and innovative Prep School Program which we developed in consultation with an experienced Primary School teacher, Mr Jacob Camilleri. Our special program exposes our Minis to the correct NSW Foundation Font and focuses not just on the Early Years Framework but also the Early Stage 1 curriculum as well. By masterfully merging their lessons in Pre-school and Kindergarten, we aim to prepare our Minis for their next chapter in life. We hope that by building this seamless transition, we can better equip our Minis with the knowledge and skills they need in their new schools.

We love MMM and very happy for choosing Schofields centre. My daughter goes to Leaders room and staff (Miss Eve and Miss Annie) are very friendly and caring. They really helped my daughter in settling from day one , made her feel comfortable and safe. She enjoys all the activities in the day care (they're very engaging). The environment is always clean, welcoming, and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning and social development. Communication with parents has also been excellent. Special thanks to Miss Eve and Miss Annie.

We have had such a positive experience with Mini Masterminds Schofields. Both of our kids attend the centre and we couldn’t be happier with the care, support and learning environment provided by the educators and staff. The team is always welcoming, professional and genuinely caring towards the children. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our kids are in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment every day.
