Flying Start Family Day Care Scheme is a very friendly and a very good Scheme as they educate the Educator on what to do and explain fully what are the National Laws, the duties and obligations of an Educator first before starting running their business. Been with the flying start FDC for almost 2 years. The professionalism between educators & staff is great. Communication is awesome. You feel comfortable and don’t feel as though there is any power trips between staff & educators. Always providing good feedback whether it’s critical or good. Staff make everyone feel welcome & it’s a great environment to be around. All so kind & caring and the work ethic is prideful and professional :) happy to be apart of the team

I had been with this service for over 4 years and two other services prior and when I tell you how highly skilled, organised and caring the director and coordinators are is beyond exceptional than any other service I’ve been with. I’m still to this day grateful for all the support they had freely given to me when times we’re tough and stressing. My daycare had been one of the services chosen for a random government check one year, prior to it flying start family daycare had organised group or one on one refresher trainings of government laws and regulations, policies and procedures, support programs or just one on one meetings to discuss how your daycare is going and to make sure your service is within government guidelines and it prepared me for that government check and I’m so grateful. They did all the other hard and stressing work for me so that my focus was on the children and providing them with beautiful experiences. I cannot recommend a better group of lovely people or service than flying start family daycare.
