Our 4 year old daughter has been at this service now for 12 months and in that time we had been working through some significant health needs. All of the educators went over and above to support our daughter and our family as we navigated this with our health professionals! The care and compassion they showed all of us was very comforting during such a challenging time. The educators all celebrated with our daughter and us as we came out the other end of her health journey, it was such a happy moment for everyone!

We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found such an amazing childcare center for our son. From the moment we walk through the doors, we're greeted by the warmest, most dedicated team of professionals who have made such a positive impact on our family. Our son absolutely loves going to childcare, and it's largely thanks to the incredible educators in his room: Chynae, Raman, Nevayah, Rachel, Tianni and Madi. These wonderful people work with him every day, and their fantastic work truly shows. Our little one has learned so much under their guidance and care. In fact, he now says Chynae's name when we tell him we're going to childcare - calling out "nae nae" with excitement! It melts our hearts to see how much he loves his time there. We've also recently met Starz as we begin looking at the transition to the toddler room, and they have been wonderful so far. It's reassuring to know that the same level of care and dedication continues throughout the center. The admin staff - Mel, Emerson, Tayla, and Shannen - are always happy to answer any questions we have and make every interaction pleasant and helpful. Their support behind the scenes doesn't go unnoticed. We have to give special recognition to Emily, who somehow manages to feed the whole group of children with healthy, delicious meals that get absolutely demolished by the kids. It's no small feat, and she does it brilliantly every day. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Tracey for her help in building both our son's and our own Auslan skills. This additional support means so much to our family. We are truly blessed to have found such an amazing childcare center that we gel with so perfectly. The center as a whole could not run as smoothly as it does without all of their hard work and dedication. Every single staff member contributes to the nurturing, loving environment our son thrives in. To absolutely all the staff - you all deserve recognition (and maybe a coffee too!). Thank you for making our childcare experience so positive and for taking such wonderful care of our precious boy.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found the team at Nido. From the moment I walked in, it felt like more than just a childcare centre, it felt like family. Our children have not only grown in confidence and skills but they are excited to go each day. The staff take the time to understand each child as an individual, and the love and attention they provide is truly heartwarming. All of the team are incredible, from the educators, admin and director, they all make you feel welcome and like nothing is too much trouble It’s such a comfort knowing our little ones are in a nurturing and supportive environment. My son Archie has been at Nido Early School Golden Grove 3 days a week since he was just 1, and it’s truly become like a second home for us. The educators are more than carers — they’re partners in helping Archie grow, learn, and flourish. I’ve built such a warm, genuine relationship with each of them, and I always feel heard, supported, and reassured. Watching Archie’s confidence blossom, seeing the friendships he’s made, and hearing his excitement about his day fills my heart with gratitude. Every smile, every milestone, every little update from the team reminds me that he’s in the best possible hands. We've had a really positive experience at Nido Golden Grove. Staff have great communication and good relationship with the kids. Fantastic location as well. Carpark is easy to manage even with Pedare right next door.

My children have attended Nido Golden Grove and the care and education they’ve received has been outstanding. They have thrived socially, emotionally, and academically, thanks to the nurturing, professional, and genuinely committed educators. Over time, some educators have moved on, which has been bittersweet, but the centre has always maintained the same warm, welcoming environment. I’m so grateful for the strong relationships they’ve built with our family, and I know I’ll be sad when our time here comes to an end.

We’ve had both of our children attend Nido Early School Golden Grove, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support they’ve received over the years. Our youngest still attends 3 days a week. The educators are so warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. It’s such a comfort as a parent to know your little ones are safe, learning, playing, and growing in such a positive and caring environment. My little boy has been attending Nido golden grove for over a year and we absolutely love it! After having my daughter at another local centre and my son at a Montessori centre, we have experienced a variety of places. I can hands down say that Nido is the best. The staff are so lovely and caring. From admin Mel to the educators in the rooms, each one of them truly cares about your child. They go above and beyond to provide fantastic experiences for the kids, from the daily activities to special events such as fire service and police visits and community garden walks to pancake day and pj day. They even do parent/{educator meetings which we have never had at any other centre. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic childcare.
