We have been at Nido for the last 3 years and there is not enough that I can say about the wonderful staff here. My twin boys started at 6 months old and quickly built relationships with some special people. One of those staff members saw something in our son early on and it was because of this that we later discovered our twins were autistic. The boys have since grown up at NIDO and as they have moved through the rooms they have built some amazing relationships with staff (sadly some have left) – but there continues to be incredible people there. Our children have significant special needs which has never seemed to be an issue. The staff have adapted and been inclusive to our boys throughout and we cannot thank them enough for the love, care and dedication and most importantly the understanding they have shown to them. We have worked as a team to navigate issues that arise and plan solutions together – and they are always open to trying new things to support the boys. Our third son started at Nido and he also loves it and has build great relationships with the staff. Special shout outs go to Emma who has been there since the beginning and has always been amazing with all three of our boys, a familiar face who we trust; Lucy for wrangling captain J and helping us navigate his adventures; Leah, Jorja, Biddhut and Khaysan who are currently in the boys rooms and who they love and trust, and to Miss Rachelle who is a special needs parents dream come true – for her understanding, love, and PATIENCE! And finally to Shak and Tara in administration – your leadership is excellent and Nido is lucky to have you. If you are looking for a well rounded, safe place for your children with fabulous staff – this is the place.

Amazing staff and great location, however inside needs more regular cleaning specially due to having kids. Wish they could do better from cleaning and sanitising side.
