We have been so happy with our experience at this centre so far. From the very beginning at our walk through Kelly and Maddy have made us feel welcome and supported through the transition into care being a new service I was worried but right from the go, during my walk through to starting Kelly made it feel like our child’s home. Kellys focus on family was an important factor for us and you can feel her passion from just the way she talks. She was honest and open. Their Communication with families is excellent, As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is safe, happy and cared for, and this centre gives us that peace of mind. We would highly recommend it to other families looking for quality care.
