Just incredible. Kelly is the most caring, compassionate, hands-on daycare leader we have encountered at any of the 6 daycares either of our kids have attended. Her staff are all very professional but so kind and very present with the kids. The facilities are new, clean, and engaging.<br><br>I wouldn't have my kids anywhere else if they paid me.

From the very beginning, the team has been so welcoming, and the quality of care has been exceptional.<br><br>Our daughter has only been attending for three weeks, but she settled in so quickly thanks to the caring and supportive educators. The communication with families has been fantastic, and we always feel informed and confident that she is in great hands.<br><br>The staff genuinely care about each child and create a warm, nurturing environment. We highly recommend Elevate in Werribee to any family looking for a caring and welcoming childcare centre.

We’ve had such a starting positive experience at Elevate Childcare. What really stands out is their transparency. We are always kept informed about what our child is learning and how their day has been, which gives us so much confidence. We can see the learning and its only week 4.<br><br>Our child comes home excited, talking about the activities and new things they’ve discovered. The environment feels warm, calm, and genuinely comfortable.<br><br>For a brand new service it feels like the staff have worked together before which I like.

We have been so happy with our experience at this centre so far. From the very beginning at our walk through Kelly and Maddy have made us feel welcome and supported through the transition into care being a new service I was worried but right from the go, during my walk through to starting Kelly made it feel like our child’s home. Kellys focus on family was an important factor for us and you can feel her passion from just the way she talks. She was honest and open. Their Communication with families is excellent, As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is safe, happy and cared for, and this centre gives us that peace of mind. We would highly recommend it to other families looking for quality care.
