Our twins are in Room One, and honestly, we couldn’t ask for better educators. Bec, Phool, Amna, Ritu, Sandeep, and the rest of the team have been amazing with our kids since day one. Every morning our twins are excited to go in, and that alone tells us so much.<br><br>They’re patient, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Pickup always comes with a real update, not just “had a good day,” and you can tell they actually know our kids as individuals.<br><br>A big shoutout also to Sam, Lauren, and Kalissa in management — their constant support makes every day easier, and it really shows in how smoothly things run.<br><br>We’re grateful to have this team looking after our children. As a mum, and an early years and primary trained teacher, I struggled to find a team I could truly trust with my little one. But when we moved to Child’s Play, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional care.<br><br>We absolutely love the team. You can tell they genuinely care through the way they interact with the children. They really have become our village.❤️ My daughter talks about them all weekend!<br><br>As a teacher, I also really value their educational program. There are lots of enriching experiences planned each week, with a lovely balance of child led learning and intentional teaching.<br><br>We feel very lucky to have found Child’s Play.

We have two children attending here. Our daughter started 3 years ago in room 2 and has transitioned through to room 5 quite well thanks to all the educators being so friendly and attentive to her needs. I know our son in room 1 will do well with this aswell thanks to them. The management team here are amazing with smiles and warm welcomes every morning to help our children feel welcomed and safe. Credit to whole team!

Our family has had an amazing experience with Child's Play Room 5. The staff are nurturing, patient, and truly invested in each child’s development. The daily updates, photos, and communication give us real peace of mind. The rooms are clean, organised, and full of engaging activities. The management is very professional and supportive. However, the teachers are truly exceptional. The teachers in both Room 1 and Room 2 have a very positive, caring, and encouraging attitude towards the children. We have had a wonderful experience with both rooms!

All the teachers are very good. I have seen so many positive changes in my daughters since they joined. I can confidently say that both rooms 1 & 2 are excellent and provide a great environment for the children.

My son has been attending Child’s Play since he was 3.5 years old, and we have been very happy with his experience and transition through the centre. The care and support he has received from the educators in Rooms 4 and 5 have greatly contributed to his growth and development. We are very grateful to all the educators who have supported and guided him over the years.

We’ve been at this center through the transition from Kids on the Rise to Child's Play, and the changes have been fantastic. The center directors, Sam and Lauren, are doing an amazing job. Room 5, and the staff there are brilliant. Abi, Kamal, Kavita, Cheng, and Pammy deserve a special mention, but honestly, the whole team is great. What I love most is that they genuinely know each kid's personality, strengths, and challenges, and are always working to help them thrive.<br><br>​I also have to mention Chef Steph! Her food is a huge hit with the kids, and she even spoils the parents sometimes with amazing cookies and treats once in a while. It’s a place that is genuinely all about the children's happiness. We couldn't be happier!

I'm so grateful to the amazing team in Room 3 at Childs Play Point Cook for taking such incredible care of my grandson. It can be tough to trust someone else with a loved one, but the genuine care and dedication from every single staff member makes it so easy. A special shoutout to Jessica, Marija, and Nike, who always go above and beyond. Their patience, enthusiasm, and warm way of nurturing his energetic nature are so appreciated, especially the hugs throughout the day, and those reassuring morning hugs that make it easier to leave. Thanks to everyone for all the love.

Since attending Child's Play ELC Point Cook, our child has build up confidence and looks forward to going to school everyday, even on weekends. It is reassuring to see the teachers already engaging with the kids upon drop off and how the children are happy to be there. Our child has learnt a lot from the daily incursions such as yoga, dancing, cooking class, gardening and sports. The teachers are very caring, supportive and encouraging towards the children. We are grateful to the teachers and appreciate the warm welcome from all the staff at this centre. We definitely recommend this centre to every parent.
