We have been so lucky to find Michelle! My son Jack has loved going to Michelle two days a week for the last two and a half years. Michelle has always been a caring and supportive carer, we consider her part of the family!

Our daughter has been attending Michelle’s service for over a year and absolutely loves it. When your child has her backpack on ready to go an hour before you are scheduled to leave, you know she is happy, feeling secure and loved, and having fun. The environment Michelle creates for the children is stimulating and well-thought out. Our daughter comes home each day happy with wonderful stories of her day and the great friendships she has made. As parents we love the warm and welcoming environment Michelle has created. We look forward to our son attending when I return to work after maternity leave.

I am so grateful to have been introduced to Michelle Edwards who took my little boy under her wing for a year so that he could learn socialisation because he’s an only child and kindy wasn’t available until he was 4 years old. Michelle was a wonderful help when we struggled with toilet training and was a sage with her guidance to me as a first time mum. My son adored his year there. Thanks to Michelle he started kindy this year raring to go! This is definitely a family day care I’d recommend. Michelle treats all her little charges with love and respect.

I would highly recommend Michelle as a family day care provider. My sensitive 3 year old boy entered the care environment for the first time this year with Michelle and has thrived under her care and warmth. She provides a lovely nurturing environment to equip children with the right balance of independence and social skills. Daily walking excursions to local parks, library and play groups allow children to experience the best of both worlds - both small group interactions as well as more stimulating and larger group scenarios. From the first day it felt right leaving my son in her care.

Michelle is a star! Our daughter had a great time at Michelle’s and we were so lucky to find her. Our family loved the nurturing environment, the attention she received from an experienced carer and all the indoor and outdoor activities. Our daughter loved the visits to the library and the local playgroup. Michelle not only provides a quality home-based care but also a fantastic early childhood education program. Our daughter developed a strong bond with Michelle and the other kids and we would always recommend her family daycare to other families. We would often receive videos and photos of very happy kids playing around. Our daughter always had a smile for Michelle and I always felt very comfortable leaving her

I returned to Australia in December 2013 not really knowing what to expect in regards to child care quality, availability and flexibility. My daughter was 21 months old when she started at Michelle's day care on a full time basis. I can't recommend Michelle highly enough. The children receive an excellent balance of fun, play and rest, and are disciplined appropriately when necessary. My daughter is very strong willed and Michelle made sure any unreasonable behaviour was managed well - toddler tantrums included! I learnt many important parenting tips from Michelle. She has seemingly endless amounts of tolerance and patience managing four toddlers on a full time basis. Michelle has become part of the family and looked after my daughter and son when I travelled for work. I always felt relaxed leaving my children in Michelle's care. Michelle even organised and cooked for my son's birthday party. She is amazing and I will miss her so much! My daughter would not be so well behaved and feel so cared for if she had not been looked after by Michelle. If your child gets a place at Michelle's day care you should feel so thankful.

My son has been with Michelle for nearly a year now and he started when he was only 14 months old. I was so worried about leaving him with someone outside the family but that is exactly what Michelle has become - family. She balances love and gentleness with teaching respect and care for others. Most importantly, she cares for 'her' kids as if they are her own grandchildren. There are 2 playrooms, an outside play area, they paint, they cook, they garden, they play in the sandpit and they play football and basketball. My son gets more attention and has more fun at daycare than he does at home! I have seen my son grow and learn so much under her care that I would not hesitate to highly recommend Michelle - except I would like there to be a vacancy when I have another child!

We are so lucky to have found Michelle and her family day care. She is the perfect fit for my 1 year old. The service she offers is more than just a day care, it is a caring, friendly and understanding environment that encourages development, fun and creativity. I feel comfortable leaving my son every morning with Michelle knowing that he will be loved and cared for. Michelle gives 120% every day and nothing is ever too much trouble.
