I can only trust Big Bear Academy with my child. After touring and trialling other daycares, Big Bear takes the cake!<br>Excellent facilities, super clean and organised. Educators are always on the ball, speak English properly, super friendly and know where my child's belongings are. No missing items ever!! Highly recommend only Big Bear Academy! We drive 10mins just for this daycare, because we don't trust any other local daycare's. Trustworthy daycare is what you need and they keep you updated throughout the day!!

We have had a wonderful experience at Big Bear Minto especially in the cub room. It was my son's first time attending childcare, however he settled in so quickly thanks to the supportive educators.<br><br>The educators in the cub room are so caring, attentive and always keep me informed about my son's day through their app OWNA. I love being able to see what he has been doing and what he has eaten throughout the day. It really gave me a peace of mind knowing how well he is being cared for.<br><br>Since starting at Big Bear Minto, we have notice such a positive change in my son. He has become more confident in his social skills and interacting with others! He also loves the variety of food there!<br><br>The educators always go above and beyond to keep the room clean organised and welcoming which I really appreciate. I also love that Big Bear's priority is child safety. It makes me feel safe and reassured knowing that my son is in the care of educators who care about his wellbeing and safety!<br>My son has consistently had such positive days at childcare and that means a lot to us!<br>Thank you Big Bear!!

Making the change to move my kids to Big Bear Academy at Minto was the best decision i have made. All the wonderful staff have been the best. This daycare goes above and beyond to cater for your childs needs. My kids love going there and the drop off is easy and best of all i know my kids will be looked after all day. The outdoor area is amazing! Highly recommended!

We absolutely love Big Bear Academy in Minto. I have 2 kids daycare there and I can’t fault it at all. All the educators are amazing and very open with you as well as very caring when it comes to the kids. It’s a hard decision on where to send your kids but I’m so glad I came across and picked Big Bear Academy in Minto. From day 1 my kids have been well looked after, loved and supported in the difficult transition into daycare. The educators at Big Bear Academy are truly amazing

It is always a big decision to enrol your little one into a new daycare centre. Knowing you are entrusting the care and safety of your child into the hands of others is a daunting commitment. From day one, our experience with the Cub Room at Big Bear Academy Minto has been amazing. The centre is brand-new and purpose-built with child safety at the forefront. The cub room was warm and welcoming with the staff going above and beyond to make connections with my child. I can check in realtime on his meals, sleep time and nappy chart and enjoy the daily updates of his activities and interactions with other children. I'm eternally grateful for our smooth transition and just to see how confident and happy my little one is when we pick him up each afternoon/evening. We look forward to watching our child grow with the centre.

Absolutly love big bear and everything they have done for my 2 year old. We came to big bear as they opened their centre in minto and i will never look back. My son was traumatised from his last school & hated going. I picked him up most days with tears and snot on his face and he screamed at drop off, he was sick every 2 weeks. i couldnt get him out of there quick enough. Within 2 weeks of being at the big bear he no longer cried, he was smiling at drop off and pick up, he looked SO well taken care off & the teachers all give a very comforting and nurturing vibe the kids instantly feel at ease. His mood and smile on pick up tells me everything i need to know and his excited to go to school each day. They love your kids like there own. The educators, activities, the app, the centre, the food for the kids.. everything is 5 stars from me, if i could give 10 i would! they go above and beyond. I would recommend the big bear to everyone, i think so highly of them, you will not find another school like them. They have been god sent for us. My toddler is so happy and so am i. Thank you big bear your amazing 🐻

I can’t recommend Big Bear Academy (BBA) enough. Everything about this centre is second to none. The facility was built with safety at the forefront - Door handles up high, one entrance in and out and not on street level. There is a tonne of natural light and it’s clean! The other thing Big Bear has done was building the centre with every child in mind - anything that a child could want to play with - Big Bear has catered for - they even have a footy / soccer field on the premises. The staff. I don’t even know where to start, from the moment you step through the doors, every single staff member has a genuine care, kindness and support for not only the children but the parents/ families as well. Nothing is to much for them. When they say welcome to the BBA Family and it’s not just words - they live and breathe it and we truly do feel like part of the BBA family. Theres no one else I would trust with my child and I would and do highly recommend Big Bear Academy for anyone looking for child care / preschool for their child/ren If you are looking for a preschool, don’t go past Big Bear. Call them, have a chat, go visit the facility. You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn’t be happier with Big Bear Academy Minto! Our child has absolutely thrived and settled in so quickly, within just one week which is amazing considering she spent a year and a half at another centre and never truly settled. She’s always happy to go and is even asking to attend an extra day, which says everything. Dad is just as impressed! The educators, management and the owners are incredible! So warm, caring, and genuinely invested and is very involved in the children. From day one, they’ve made us feel like part of the Big Bear community. Highly recommend !

The whole team at Big Near Academy Minto have been marvellous since the day I started dealing with them well before Christmas. The lines of communication have always been open throughout the whole process from signing our daughter in with all of our questions answered promptly and covering everything we asked and then some. The centre is state of the art with exceptional play to learn facilities. An amazing amount of learning items and toys ( wich are also used for learning) An abundance of dress up costumes to celebrate all occasions and professions. Then the out door are WOW this is amazingly set out with sand pits , a water play area , slides climbing facilities and an amazing large fresh grass area at the back of the centre with balance items soccer nets and so much more . The children have an outside bubble they can use at their own convenience its great . Then we come to opening week and the approved providers,directors,educators have all been absolutely amazing. It has been my daughters first time really away this much from me and they have helped her to settle into the centre amazingly and helping her also get over the shyness she has to having so many children around . They showed patience and compassion while encouraging her in her own time to explore her surroundings and new friends she can make . Every time we arrive we as parents are always greeted with a warm smile and hello and a fantastic chat with any of the educators we come across. They take the time each afternoon to let us no how else went for the day , what she has eaten , things she has done . The structured play to learn is absolutely amazing with the children already learning so much . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone ...
