We have been sending our son to Fay's family day care since he was one year old, now he is 3 and half, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our son, who is very sensitive, struggled at other centers, but he immediately felt comfortable with Fay due to her exceptional patience and kindness. Fay has a natural ability to make every child feel special, and her warmth and smile are contagious. All the kids at her center adore her, and it shows in their happy faces. She offers a variety of engaging activities and teaches with a perfect balance of fun and principles. We have been amazed at the progress our son has made under Fay's care. Despite speaking Chinese at home, our son has learned the ABCs, numbers, shapes, and many English words from Fay. Her teaching methods are truly effective and have surpassed our expectations. Fay has also taught our son to be gentle and kind, which has had a positive impact on his behavior at home. We wholeheartedly support Fay and believe she is the best teacher we have ever met. Heard very good review's about Fay's Family Day Care. It was well worth the 18 months' wait for a vacancy. Fay is very patient, friendly, understanding, accomodating, calm and caring. She always kept me up to date via regular messages and informative summaries and photos at the end of the day. Highly recommend.
