The true strength of Insight lies in the incredible dedication and warmth of its educators. From the moment we drop them off, we see genuine, focused care. Our children are treated not just as members of a group, but as unique individuals with specific emotional and developmental needs. We’ve watched our toddler, initially quite timid, blossom into a confident, social little explorer, thanks to the consistent, gentle encouragement provided by the staff. The learning environment itself is thoughtfully designed and truly insightful. It goes far beyond standard play, incorporating stimulating, holistic activities that promote curiosity, coordination, and emotional regulation. They even take the children out to bush kinda to learn and explore nature as intended. We are continually impressed by the meaningful discussions and creative projects they bring home. The educators seem to intuitively understand the developmental leaps our children are making, providing stability and tailored guidance during these crucial early years. Over the years I have now seen them grow and flourish at the center and it was an emotional moment to have both graduate preschool and ultimately be ready for school, with confidence. To the management and staff: thank you. You have created a community where we feel completely confident leaving our most precious people. It is clear that the work you do comes from a deep sense of vocation, not just obligation. Great daycare near Gungahlin. After a couple of center tours, we chose to send our little boy to Insight. Children are well looked after with fun activities set up every day. Educators are friendly and responsible. We would often receive short notes about special moments of our boys day and daily story about what the children are up to every day.

The centre has undergone a complete transformation under the leadership of Priscilla, the Centre Director. She has done an incredible job in creating a warm, caring, and nurturing environment for the children. The staff are highly skilled, friendly, and always welcoming during drop-off. Communication is outstanding, especially through the Xplor app, which keeps me fully informed about my child’s day — from meals and naps to playtime, everything is updated in real time. The team is also fantastic at planning and organizing daily activities and special celebrations, such as Mother’s Day and Easter, making each day exciting and meaningful for the kids. Keep up the great work, team! I’m truly happy to have chosen this centre to be a part of my daughter’s journey.

This is the best childcare we found for our son. All educators specially Marina and Khin in Macpies room are so skilful, loving and caring. We could see the significant changes in our son since he attended Insight Throsby. He is ready to go to daycare every morning and comes home with big smiles. He also cries a lot less at every drop off now, he goes for a cuddle with the educator instead. Moreover, Priscilla, Amita and Rini are just phenomenal. They are so friendly, approachable and super supportive. They always tried their best to accommodate our needs and provide us with lots of helpful parenting advice. We can't thank this amazing place and people enough.
