Our son has been at this center since the nursery room, and he’s now thriving in the toddler's room. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely know each child—we've seen huge growth in his language, confidence, and independence. Weekly updates and photos are consistent and thoughtful, and the activities are purposeful without feeling rigid. The transition between rooms was handled beautifully with clear communication and gradual settling sessions. The environment is clean, safe, and inviting, with great outdoor play and plenty of sensory and creative experiences. A special shout-out to the manager, Wendy, who is always approachable, organized, and proactive. She remembers the little details, checks in regularly, and sets a positive environment for the whole center. You can tell she truly cares about the children and the families. We’re very grateful for the team here. If you’re considering childcare, this is a place where kids are nurtured and supported every day.

We moved from NSW to Canberra three months ago, and finding Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees was one of the best things to come out of that move. Both my boys absolutely love it here, and so do I. One of the first things that stood out was the hygiene. In the Nursery and Tiny Toddler rooms, no one (educators included) enters wearing shoes! When my youngest was still crawling, this meant so much to me. It's a small thing, but it shows real thoughtfulness about the littlest ones. The rooms are warm and cosy, and the educators have clearly been doing this for a long time. You can just tell they genuinely love what they do. The way they interact with the children feels natural and caring, never rushed. My older son is in the Preschool room, and I'm constantly impressed by how engaged the educators are. They're always on the floor with the kids, running around, reading books, drawing, and exploring all sorts of activities together. It feels like genuine connection. I also love the little details, like each child having their own named cup. The children recognise their own names, serve their own food, and chat with their friends, all of it quietly building independence and confidence in the most natural way. And then there's Wendy, the Director. She greets us every single morning with the most genuine smile. She knows the children by name, checks in with families, and sets the tone for the whole centre. You can feel her care in everything. If you're looking for a childcare centre where your child will be safe, loved, and truly supported, this is it. We feel so lucky to have found this place🩷

Professional care led by the Centre Manager (Wendy) which was reflected by her lovely staff. The atmosphere was very family and community orientated and they always showed a genuine care for our little ones safety and development. The centre has an awesome outdoor area with plenty of room to play. The sand pit is HUGE! We were treated like family and trusted the amazing team with our son from nursery through to preschool. Our experience was really positive and we would recommend Busybees - Yerrabi Ponds to all families!

Our experience with Busy Bees has been excellent. The team shows a high level of professionalism and care, and they always take the time to understand the children’s needs. Our daughter has become more confident and independent since attending, and she talks about her educators and friends at home all the time. The centre provides a nurturing environment with great activities that keep her engaged and happy. We appreciate the strong communication and the effort the staff put into creating such a supportive space for families. Highly recommend.

Busy Bees has been a wonderful centre for our family. The educators always greet my daughter with warmth and genuine care, and she is excited to come every day. Yerrabi Ponds is a lovely environment for my children to play, explore and make friends. A wonderful community to make friends with other parents and let children's friendship's grow outside of childcare. Highly recommend
